This location was horrible! They had no clue what was going on. We were told by customer service that we could get insurance set up thru Lone Star Cars but when we arrived they said they had no idea. They also said they did not know how to hook up the auto transport to the rental truck and so my son had to figure it out himself. Would not go back or recommend!

linda aThe initial rental location was Apex self storage where I reserved an auto transport online and even called to ensure it would be there for a 9am pickup. At 915 when they opened, I found out there was no trailer there for me. They finally found me one at line star muscle car who took great care of me. This isn't the first time I have had a reservation problem with uhaul though....two hours late for my vehicle pickup could have been avoided.
