VERSALL HNo one was at the office on Saturday during business hours. Online reservation system needs to work better. Took me 35 minutes to get my truck. Also, rented a furniture dolly and it was not included. Made my move more difficult.
JAMES RYes, I stopped location 201 Poppy ave Patterson Ca bec I told them that 1ST box truck passenger mirror move worse blind spot dangerous and windshield cracked & They shocked said not supposed drive with windshield cracked. They are helpful switch 2nd box truck but it both dirty windshield and inside truck. It was waste my time and money. I want my money back! I’m not happy with that both service! They are very nice but need clean truck before customer drive it! I save screenshots this!!! I want my money back!

Noor KLady at office is rude and doesnt help much. Claims to have been there a year and a half and feels entitled nothing like the old receptionist. Hope not to deal with her again.

Greg MI got rip off. I made reservations for a van and they wouldn’t let me get access to it so I had to get a truck. Which ended costing me 200$ I will never use this location again. I should of got a discount for not being able to get my van.
