Commerce fermé de 12h à 13h alors que c'est inscrit nulle part, donc avons dû attendre. Service à la clientèle absent, le commerçant a à peine dit 2 mots avant de me faire signer et me donner simplement me donner les clés sans aller voir le camion et trailer avec moi. Suite au service absent, j'ai simplement pris le camion et j'ai quitté. C'est une fois chez moi en déménageant que j'ai constaté qu'il m'avait seulement mis 12 couvertures de protection alors que j'ai payé pour 24 couvertures.

I was charge an extra 15$ coverage which I never asked for and had not taken it in my original online reservation. The employee told me he could not do anything about it and would have to call uhaul directly to get that cancelled.

None it was perfect

Vehicle was covered in snow, rented in Quebec in winter...had no snow tires. Arizona plates. Windshield washer on drivers side did not work, and was low on oil. One of the tires looked bald. Tried to exchange truck but was told no other one available when in fact was another one parked beside it covered in snow. Transmission kept slipping into low gear and had a hard time getting up hills. Stopped to add litre of oil and went through huge amounts of gas. On top of this, paper work showed to drop off at A2Z Convenience in Windsor and they would not accept it, saying it was not there's. Wouldn't even call Uhaul for us. We called Uhaul and apparently they had changed drop off location without notifying us. Wanted us to drop off at other side of town when we had already driven past two other locations. They apologized and had us return to 9082-9152 Tecumseh Rd E, where we finally received good customer service.

The process for the return was simple and efficient and the people at Location Knowlton were very nice.

Did not get key box code from Uhaul at pick-up! Had to call and have owner come on a Sunday while location closed

Perfect except that Framingham was to was the location to get back the vehicle!

The place was closed and there were no instructions provided on the web or elsewhere for return of other rental equipment than the truck. Only on bank lid of key box were instructions to put equipment in truck and use a padlock. Keys were already in and there is no possibility of finding padlock at that time.

Trailer was in poor condition with more than half of the lights not working and no leg/jack to unhook the trailer..... 360$ in 2010 and 1055$ in 2019 for the exact same trailer and distance, that is about 300% increase with still the same fleet.....not impressed

Service was quick, friendly and to the point. The only thing I would suggest is adding some signs to clarify where to go in the store for the rental.

Very poor customer service! Lack of smile, lack of information... Left front light didn't work

Tires not in best shape

wipers smudging rather than wiping windshield, creating dangerous driving conditions. could not get uphill because truck equipped with summer tires rather than winter tires (plated in Arizona and rented in Québec in winter). Ended-up paying $120 for towing. transmission ill-adjusted, needlessly on low gear, with ridiculous fuel consumption (33l/100km or 7.5m/us gallon).

It was excellent from start to finish. This location should be recommended.
