The only issue was i didn’t have cell phone service at the U-Haul pick up location. I had to call the owner of the U-Haul location and he came right down to assist me. Very friendly and personable when he came to my assistance.

Everything was perfect until I returned the truck. The line was busy like it was off the hook. I tried steadily for almost an hour and gave up. I needed help checking in. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for almost a half an hour. I gave up and left. I called throughout the evening and the line was still busy. If the self check in was available I would have been set.

When we arrived to pick up our reservation, no one was there to assist us. We waited about 20 minutes (while calling the number with no answer or voice mail) until the guy arrived. He was nice. Drop off return was easy. No other issues.

Just more info that this is a storage unit location that has U-Haul's. There's no actual office but the owner meets you there so he has to wait around if you're late. Great customer service.

The process would be quicker and easier with an office setting instead of outside with an iPad.

The operator at this location was very helpful getting me a unit after the one i reserved did not come in. the issue is with the online reservation system. I ordered one from the Rochester location and was called two days before the move to be told that they did not have the correct unit at that location and that i would have to go 15 miles out to another location to pick up my trailer. The day before the move, Jim, the proprietor called to say the unit would not be there until noon of the next day. When i got to that location he told me the unit would not be back until much later. he located a unit at another location about 25 miles further away, which we went to collect. luckily that unit was there and i finally had my unit. In my opinion, that unit should have been relocated to the Rochester location for my paid for reservation before my arrival. everything worked out, but not on my time schedule costing me a night in town. Not very professional. LNB Enterprises went above and beyond, when it really wasn't his fault, while Rochester failed miserably.

My problem was not with the local dealer. My problem is with your reservation system that first promised me a 15 ft truck, then a few days later told me I'd only have a 10 ft. truck, then the DAY BEFORE my move told me I'd have a 20 ft truck which was way too big and an absolute nightmare to drive. All the "extra mileage" you offered was not at all helpful. What's helpful is getting the truck I reserved for an out of town move. Next time, I'd rather pay professional movers that won't screw my order up and make my move 100% more stressful. You need to do better, U-Haul.

Had to call UHaul at pickup location because no one was there...had appointment at 5:00pm. After call, a person arrived within 10 min and was very pleasant and helpful.
