Location was great, Downside was the follow up from customer service on an extra charge: I was charge for a TOLL charge and I did not use a TOLL bridge. I requested a copy of the TOLL photo to prove it was not my car, and the agent on the case did not provide it, instead he billed my credit card for it without my permission or the picture proof I requested. Customer number: UTV7402641 My assumption is that the License plate on the trailer was not the plate number of the trailer I rented. "U-Haul bearing license plate number 4AG7298 during your rental. Your rental date of Friday, March 22, 2024 and return date of Friday, March 22, 2024 on contract number 74677320 " It is not a large charge, but its the principle of the thing. I am not satisfied with how Taelar Motley <Taelar_Motley@uhaul.com> handled the case. I last contacted him on 4-11 and he never replied. Ref: CAF FILE 4703946--UTV7402641 for the notes and emails on the issue. I request that you reverse the charges.

Now I have to wait 5 days to pray the money shows up in my account! You people called me the next day asking were the keys were after I dropped them in the orange lock box, but said the Van was there. Get your shit together!

David BIndentify gas tank capacity for each vehicle. If I'm supposed to return it with 3/4 of tank, one must turn the key to start in order to get a tank reading WHILE FUELING. Not really safe or convenient. $20 "CONVENIENCE FEE" for return inspection if the app isn't used is absolute BS! You're going to inspect it anyway there is no incremental cost to you --- how about an extra $20 credit because I did all your documentation for you? You already charge 300% premium for supplies over alternative sources (which just make you look like a money grubbing organization in the age of the internet). Your strength is reasonable prices and availability for truck rentals. The more you try to continually upsell insurance, fees and over priced supplies the less reliable the brand becomes. Very happy with the truck rental...the rest of the non-sense - not so much.
Stephen MI accidentally fat-fingered an option on the return, and the system made it difficult to finalize the return. Live Oaks Trading took it upon themselves to resolve the issue, so that I could get on with my work. This was above and beyond great customer service. I highly recommend them!

I returned it by 130 but the business office was closed so there was no one there to confirm the gas and or condition of the vehicle. It would’ve been nice to have someone document, the arrival of the vehicle and its condition particularly for being a short term short time rental.
Michael RThe interior of the truck was needing attention. The front tires were just about bald and truck needing a front end alignment. I was charged an additional $9.99 for what the owner said was a difference of 13/16 and what he says should have been 7/8 there are no markings on the fuel gauges other than 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4. I driven33.1 miles and out $10 dollar back in the truck. And the fuel was sufficiently back to where we got it. It was returned in less hours and in the exact same condition it was rented. I will not use this location again. And will not recommend to anyone. Not a pleasant man to deal with. I am an adult and felt like I was being treated as if I was 18 not 55!

Karli BI rent from this location frequently. Very nice staff. There is a lady there that U-Haul needs to be very happy she is a bundle of energy...she will not allow guys to lift or move the trailers for her. I would like frequent flyer points consideration as well since I rent so frequently.

william nThey did not put into their system that I returned the truck and other rental equipment. I had to go in person 24hours after drop off and tell them to put it in their system. The employee barely acknowledged my existence. They lost the keys to the truck I had brought them 24 hours prior and I got an email from U-Haul saying they hadn’t received their truck back.

When I got there and realized the trailer I reserved was to small I requested the next size up. When I got my final emailed receipt, when they changed my trailer, they also added the coverage I originally denied. Won't rent from this location again.
