Very nice gentlemen was very helpful to my wife and I when renting the truck. The only issue is that he did not have blankets to rent us. We needed blanket to move a dining room set. We had to go to another U-Haul dealer which was an inconvenience with the short turn around time we had. When we went to the other dealer location the owner did not know how to rent us blankets only. After 20-30 minutes with being on the phone with another dealer he finally figured it out.

When we arrived and tried to check in, the person behind the counter tried to tell us that there wasn’t room to park the truck and wanted us to take it to another location. This was unacceptable as we didn’t have time to do that nor have a desire to pay for the extra mileage. The lack of space to park isn’t the customer’s problem. If they knew that there wouldn’t be room they should have notified U-Haul earlier and not put the burdon on the customer.

The lease requests that you return the truck swept clean. When we picked it up it was full of sand and what appeared to be used chewing tobacco. Yuck! We of course swept it out.

Location was convenient enough, but was not open during the business hours stated. Follow-up the following day was effective for closing the transaction. Follow up discussion with the local U-Haul representative regarding the service and transaction however was helpful and very professional. He was the only positive regarding personnel experience. The equipment was good however.

The dolley was not in the best shape. Get a new one. Also, I was there for thirty minutes waiting for paperwork even though I did an express check in. I was schedule to have the truck at 2 and I didn't actually leave until 2:30. Which in turn I was only having an hour and a half when I was suppose to have it at 2. I think it should be taking into consideration when your company takes a long time preparing your paperworker the time should start when you leave. I paid for two hours and I was expected to return it an hour and a half.

the attendant on duty[Hanook] ,was english as second language and difficult to converse with and he did not explain process very well. When my wife was trying to make reservation understanding him was even more difficult . in my opinion U-HAUL would serve itself well to insure that its staff is more knowlegable not only on equipment but also english language.

Make sure when the mileage is off on your truck upon receiving it that you have them change it on your paperwork. After I received my paperwork and went to the truck, I noticed the mileage was off by 14 miles. I went back in to notify them and they let me know that they were aware of it and that I wouldn't be charge... well unfortunately I was charged! I called to get a reimbursement for the mistake, still waiting on a return phone call. VERY POOR SERVICE!

The customer service is always nice whenever I come. They came out to assist with the gas and gladly parked the vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

This was my first time renting from U-Haul and Lisbon Gas & Food made it a wonderful experience. I registered online so all I had to do was show my drivers license and give them my credit card and it was all set and I was off to use the U-Haul. When I returned the gentleman printed my receipt and it was complete. I would gladly rent a U-Haul from Lisbon Gas & Food again! Great Job!!!

The only problem that I encountered, in ability to reserve the truck for more than 3 hours on 10-25-15. I needed the truck for more than 3 hours to finish moving, and there was no other truck available to rent which caused a problem and I had to rent from another location, which caused an inconvenience in completing the work. Other than that I was very satisfied with the truck rental.

Very disorganized with many other priorities for the business. It took over and hour to get the trailer and get going.

I placed the order more than 24hrs prior to picking up the trailer. When I got there it wasn't ready, they needed to move several trucks and cars, shovel the trailer out then asked me because I have 4WD to pull the trailer out. It took over 1.5 hrs to leave and it would have been longer if I didn't pull it out. Complete and utter waste of my time! I shouldn't have even had to pay for it since I wasted the same amount paid on gas idling and spinning my tires getting the trailer unstick from 12+ inches of snow

Make sure people write down the correct mileage! They tried charging me 39 additional miles than I had because they did something wrong for the previous customer! And then they said don't worry they will check it in tomorrow and didn't need me because they had my card on file! That is ridiculous! I told them no, then proceeded to wait for 1 hour so they could only add my miles I used to what the computer said since the speedometer was 39 miles over what they put down for me. Leaving the 39miles on the truck for the next person to have to pay for!

They have the right people with knowledge of the uhaul there. They over charge you for the service and gas. They don't tell the uhaul place that they the contract was fulfilled. Overall poor and horrible customer service
