There was no gas in it when I first got in it. Had to fill it up across the street for $100. I think the gas was siphoned or it just wasn't filled up before I got there.Jordan E.

Garbage customer service. Filthy location. I was emailed my receipt and mileage was absolutely mistaken. I never rec'd a contract when truck was picked up and mileage and gas was not recorded. Terrible experience - uhaul should not be allowing this location to operate...Kevin Z.

Just had to drop the truck off, it was extremely busy but an employee came out and gave us the ok that we had returned the truck in good shape. That was on June 15th, I received my emailed receipt on June 25th. Seems like a big gap. Thankfully, everything was in order.Kay Lynn K.

The person was not that helpful and I'm still waiting to know if it was completely checked in by the owner. I called customer service from uhaul to make sure they knew the truck was checked dropped off on time (actually early) and it's been over 2 weeks and I have still not been given a proper receipt of this rental. I will never most likely use uhaul again because of this experience. Poor customer service at both locations and you can't trust them.Bryan M.
When picking up the truck, the gas station staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed bothered to have to assist us. However, when dropping off the truck, a different staff member met us at outside; he was very friendly and helpful.Sarah B.

Nothing was ready - owner had to be woken up! They didn't have the pads, and told me I could get them from another location - where I had to purchase them AGAIN! What a rip off!Robert R.

Customer service was good. But a diligent inspection of the trucks is a must. For example, the truck I received was dirty, had a bad smell of cigarettes and had crumbs and dried sticky spilled liquid beverages all over the cup holders. I had to also stop to fill the rear right tire with air. During my move, the tire kept losing air. With COVID going on, it did not seem like the truck has ever been disinfected at all. If you can take care of these issues, then I am positive that customers will feel more encouraged to refer more people to you.Omar F.

I pre-paid for moving blankets to rent and they did not come with the truck. We did not realize this until we already started moving, so I had to go to a different U-Haul location to pick up the blankets. They were able to get them to me, I just wish I hadn't had to make a separate trip to pick them up.David H.

Staff was very rude and apathetic. Shortly after our parking the truck, while gathering our personal items, the staff person rushed to us without greeting us, saying we could not park in that area and exclaiming that they already had too many trucks and that she didn't understand why UHaul approved the location as a drop off. When we tried to explain our concerns about the truck our inability to drive it on the highway and that we felt very unsafe, she interrupted us to say that she had nothing to do with that and that it was her boss's job and that he was not available. The truck is not safe and the staff person needs general social skills and customer service training.Arthur K.
When booking had been told to drop off elsewhere. I turn up there and am told they dont take returns and was asked to come here. When I arrived the lady was really harried. At first she refused to accept and then finally did but refused to send me a confirmation. Said "the boss will do that when he arrives at 3pm". I was there at 9:30 am. I called Uhaul and it took 5 agents close to 1 hour to get things sorted out. I was told to leave the truck and dolly with the lady. I left. The confirmation was supposed to arrive on Sunday at 3 pm. Its Tuesday now 10:30 am and still no confirmation from Uhaul or any calls from Uhaul or their representative. I feel Uhaul has gone from bad to worse in the last few years. They used to be great folks at Uhaul who could do amazing things. Now its just "im sorry for your inconvenience. We will get back to you shortly" but thats just lipservice as no one ever gets back you. Still waiting on them to call me.RITAM C.

I was not impressed with the service, and unfortunately would not recommend. Staff specifically stated they don't help with the rental trucks and told me to wait 15 minutes for the owner to arrive. After 30 minutes past my reservation time, I asked what could be done as the owner was still not there. The staff then called the owner and handed over the keys, something I believe she could have done when I first asked. After finally getting the keys, I went to the truck to find that it was parked next to a pile of human feces. Certainly not my best experience, and definitely disappointed with the service.Cristin J.

What you can do to improve for the next customer is don't change the drop off location without letting your customer know. I had to call customer service YET AGAIN, because my drop off location was changed without my knowledge so I had to call to avoid extra charges.August Z.

Very nice gentlemen was very helpful to my wife and I when renting the truck. The only issue is that he did not have blankets to rent us. We needed blanket to move a dining room set. We had to go to another U-Haul dealer which was an inconvenience with the short turn around time we had. When we went to the other dealer location the owner did not know how to rent us blankets only. After 20-30 minutes with being on the phone with another dealer he finally figured it out.Michael I.

When we arrived and tried to check in, the person behind the counter tried to tell us that there wasn't room to park the truck and wanted us to take it to another location. This was unacceptable as we didn't have time to do that nor have a desire to pay for the extra mileage. The lack of space to park isn't the customer's problem. If they knew that there wouldn't be room they should have notified U-Haul earlier and not put the burdon on the customer.Nicholas L.

Location was convenient enough, but was not open during the business hours stated. Follow-up the following day was effective for closing the transaction. Follow up discussion with the local U-Haul representative regarding the service and transaction however was helpful and very professional. He was the only positive regarding personnel experience. The dolley was not in the best shape. Get a new one. Also, I was there for thirty minutes waiting for paperwork even though I did an express check in. I was schedule to have the truck at 2 and I didn't actually leave until 2:30. Which in turn I was only having an hour and a half when I was suppose to have it at 2. I think it should be taking into consideration when your company takes a long time preparing your paperworker the time should start when you leave. I paid for two hours and I was expected to return it an hour and a half.Saundra T.

the attendant on duty[Hanook] ,was english as second language and difficult to converse with and he did not explain process very well. When my wife was trying to make reservation understanding him was even more difficult . in my opinion U-HAUL would serve itself well to insure that its staff is more knowlegable not only on equipment but also english language.cousel P.
