This location was great. On the Uhaul website, I choose the location in Sainte Agathe for drop off. I was using Google maps but could not even find it! https://goo.gl/maps/AT6pCxKjdZSfNE1B7 It is a Sainte Hubert restaurant !?. The location listed on the Uhaul site was completely different. Uhaul's website said it was available for drop off but it didn't seem to exist?! Even tried calling with no luck. The 199 route117 location was 30 minutes out of my way, so that was another hour wasted of my day. A total of 3 hours of my day was wasted on Uhaul location mess-ups. This is easy to fix Uhaul, please do so.

Mr. Ghassan Akache (ghassan_akache@uhaul.com) Uhaul staff at DDO Montreal (65 Boul Brunswick DDO, QC H9B2N4) is the worst toxic customer service employee with very bad attitude and poor performance for talk to client...He was so aggressive and angry , he could not manage his behavior in hard condition...I think he liked to punch on my face and kick me out of Uhaul office, just because of my request for the reason of canceling my truck...at the end after call to head office, I picked up my truck from very far location, Mont Tremblant ( more than 2 hours drive in traffic from DDO)...Uhaul is the worst truck rental company and this was my first and last experience with you...I really prefer DISCOUNT with good employees and service...I will explain my experience to all of my friends, colleagues and family and share it in social media!

The service at the location was perfect. The dolly was extra noisy and badly maintained I paid 75$ at a garage to lubricate the ratchet and put grease into the "zert" The ratchet was so rusted that they wouldn't event open to release the strap Than, few minutes after we left, we heard a lot of noise, we stop in a garage and they told us, that everything need to be lubricate. With a grease gun for the "swivel" and between the 2 plates. The last thing, is the the tires were finished. Almost no more treads. The garage guy recommand me to ask your company to give another Dolly but we were sunday, and you were closed. It cost me almost 590$ (rental) + 75$ (get it fix) and we lost half a day of delay. Seriously, the price is wayyyy too expensive for the quality of your equipement. If if you need more informations My name is Rémi 819-324-7707

UHaul in general was a complete disappointment. Utterly disappointed with customer service agents and booking agents. 2 times in a row they messed up our reservation. And without compensation. Will never use uhaul again.

On nous a donné une mauvaise adresse pour le retour...finalement après plus de 3/4 heure nous avons réussis à parler à quelqu’un qui nous a référé dans un autre garage qui n’était plus représentant U- Bref beaucoup de perte de temps. Mettre vos listes de retour à jour!

As you may not know,in northern Québec,there is a lot of snow and freezing rain.Howcome you trucks are not equipped with snow tires?I had to call my snow removal contractor to put some sand on the little hill in my driveway to get up to my garage to get my stuff.Cost me fifty buck!

Je devais le retourner a St Faustin, raison pour laquelle j’ai accepté de le prendre a Boucherville. On m’avise le jour même par courriel que je n’avais pas encore vu que je devais le deposer a 20 km, alors qu’a St Faustin il etait a 4 km d’où j’étais. J’avais pris la peine d’appeleR 2 jours avant pour tout organiser. Allo la communication!
