To improve for the next customer, you need to shut this place down! I have rented from there twice and the lady is the RUDEST person I have ever met!!! I rented the U-Haul for the entire day because I wasn't sure when exactly I'd be able to get there but I wanted it to be available. Even though there were posted hours that they didn't close till 5pm. The lady called me at 1:15 pm and asked me where I was because she had "things to do". And talked to me UGLY! Well she shouldn't have a business with posted hours if she isn't going to be able to be there during those times. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to NEVER rent from this place. Also I will be contacting U-Haul directly because I do think that this type of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!

Was told upon arrival that The tow dolly equipment that was reserved was unavailable. Offered a trailer instead. Told them I wasn't sure if I could use a trailer but didn't have a choice since I wasn't notified earlier. Was later told they tried to contact me. I had a missed call from an unknown number with NO MESSAGE LEFT, no text, no email letting me know the equipment was unavailable. Had no choice but to try the trailer and it would not work (limited space). ReturnEd it 45min And asked about a refund and was told no, but corporate could help with that. Had to go to another town/dealer and grab up a dolly. I checked online and it was not available but called anyway and it was there, thankfully. Yet again, UHaul and it's reservation process was worthless. I do not recommend putting any kind of expectations that equipment reserved will be in place.

Personnel was helpful once you got off of the 1hour or more wait. The only way that I was really comfortable about dropping the truck off is because we saw another one parked there. So the end process was not bad.

I put more gas back into the truck, then it had when I took it from the lot. And I got charged for it !!!!!! I won't go back to rent from them ever again. And I'm going on Google and tell people about my experience to. Good luck u-haul. Assholes.

The location itself was excellent. The employees were great. But the truck itself was not well mantained. During my travel time, it began to rain and we were getting wet inside the cab. Water was coming in through the back side of the roof and the inside of the windshield. There was so much water coming i through the windshield i couldnt see outside anymore. Had to stop and took lo get to get to my destination. Im sure my comment wont make a difference but hope someone reads it and fixes the issue with the truck i rented. Gracias

I was told by customer service that they were there waiting for me but didn't open until 10:00 on Sunday. Had trouble finding the location never did see the company name. Had to call customer service back to get help checking the vehicle in.

Biggest issue with this place was they are running 6-8 other businesses. So, both times I went in there was no on actually there. I had to call the owner to have someone show up. And the owner doesn't answer as “Uhaul”. So it's confusing who you are talking to. This part is to Uhaul directly. On my drive down, I saw 3 separate Uhaul trailers with blown tires on the side of the road. The paint on ours was worn off. The quality of the trailers Uhaul is renting is questionable and I will not be using the service again.

Daniel at the Lion's Den was a very nice person, dealing with him was great. But due to a nation wide technology issue it took over 1.75 hours to process my rental. Your company should have a paper contract backup plan. Also the truck I was given had engine issues. The engine was miss firing on at least three cylinders causing major mileage issues. Over all not a good experience.

I ordered a furniture dolly yet was given a hand dolly. I was very disappointed in this since I did not need a hand dolly as I already had one. Since I was picking up before the store opened their was no one who could have righted this wrong. I was still charged $7 for being provided the wrong equipment. If you want to better improve for the next customer, read their order thoroughly and double check you're giving the customer what they asked for. Not a good business practice in my opinion.

I have never in my entire life received as great as customer service as I have with lions den. I will be recommending this company to everyone of my friends and family in North Carolina. He went above and beyond customer service in my opinion I have never had anybody be so charismatic, concerned and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our move and transition to Florida was a success.

Do not go near this location. Not a real dealer. You have to call and then wait 15 minutes for them to come by. Run by a couple who do not know what they are doing. I am now looking at 3 charges on my cc for 1/2 day's rental. They both insisted I got a late charge for bringing the truck back 1 1/2 hours after my projected time (only had it for 6 hours). Uhaul should pull this dealership!
