James D.Trip started by having to stop to have 2 tires put on driver's side rear before leaving town. Delayed my departure by 2 1/2 hours. Not happy. On day of unloading, vehicle failed to start. Movers had to carry all contents a greater distance than necessary. 1 and 1/2 hours later, jump started vehicle with portable battery unit. Not happy.

David D.I was double-charged for my rental and the owner refused to do anything about it. I felt like I was pressured into signing the agreement before looking over the truck and making sure that it was flawless. The whole situation felt very sketchy and I felt unsafe renting from him. In hindsight, I should have just walked out.

Aislinn K.The process of doing the self-service online check in of the truck is NOT INTUITIVE. I went through the process and followed the directions, my location services on my phone said it was turned on, yet the uhaul account said it couldn't find my location. Because of that, it just ended my ability to try to return the truck online through my account. I was on hold with uhaul for ONE HOUR AND 3 MINUTES, before they disconnected my call. The check in and check out process should be easy, considering how much they advertise its convenience. If I ever rent from uhaul again, I would ensure I could do the check in/out process with a real human in person, because their online account way to do this is a pain.
