michelle hBlue moon very courteous and friendly. The app adding pictures to everything is very helpful and covers any and all issues before so nothing can come back saying anything bad. It also is helpful to record mileage and gas. I also do separate pictures and videos to cover myself.

Joey OWorst life endangering $100 ever spent. The brakes completely gave out once we parked at a gas station. Could not use the Uhual for the intended purposes. Took an hour to finally get a human being on the phone, then ANOTHER hour for the mechanic to arrive, then ANOTHER HOUR for them to fix it. U-Haul, why did you rent me a broken truck? I want a refund.
Stockton NThe vehicle we rented could have gotten my son killed along with several other people. The right front wheel bearing and spindle broke nearly causing the wheel to come off the vehicle. This happened only 6.6 miles after we picked it up. My son was going 65 mph when this happened on a 4-Lane Highway. I will never rent from U-Haul again! The onside assistance person in the call center was one of the most rudest people I have every had to deal with. The next 6-7 calls to customer service was no better! Horrible experience all around!
