Les A.Way over charged us yes we were a little late like 3 hrs not a whole nother day which they charged us,plus only needed 10-12 gallon tilled filled they charged for 20 gallons,we didn't go no 526 miles plus they have included what we paid when picked up almost 900 dollars for a little over 48 hrs.I will never use uhaul again

Rick B.1st our U-Haul was not at the original pick-up location we were to pick the truck up at.we were told there was a text sent but we never received, no email concerning this either. 2nd we were northeast of Sante Fe New Mexico on I-25 when it began pouring rain my husband turned on the windshield wipers and NO WIPERS!!! The driver's side wiper was down to metal and the passenger side was just shreds of rubber! This could have resulted in an accident and multiple injuries or worse could have occurred! Then we had to find a place to get replacement wipers on a Sunday in a town we are not familiar with. (we did get reimbursed for the cost at the drop off location) This also cost us precious time during our move! I contacted U-Haul last week on or about Oct. 5th concerning this and we somehow got disconnected but I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN concerning this incident as we are again will be needing another truck to complete our move! Gage C.The truck literally full of dirt. This was not my original pickup location. It was changed days before and caused me to have to drastically alter my schedule. I lost 3 hours of my time because U-Haul could not move the truck to the agreed upon pickup location. Apparently you customers time is not relevant. I was promised a to be discount for my time, but it appears to never have been applied to my account.
