Closes at 5pm and they lock their pumps up too, so not a great drop off if you need to fill vehicle

Michael OliverMy only nitpick would be that the equipment had muddy wheels that hadn't been washed off prior to my usage. This location simply looks like a Shell gas station. If I didn't go into the establishment to ask where the U-Haul location was, I never would've found it, so better signage is my recommendation.

Teresa WrightWhile booking the rental online, I read that the first 30 miles were free and that a handtruck was included with every rental. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed that was not correct, so I had to rent one, even though I own two, because I didn't bring them with me because it said one was included.
Don EngelActually, I have booked the reservation of U-HAUL with an email but when I tried to online check-in with the above mentioned email, it shows that no reservation is there with email and your system cannot identify the account based on email. I request you to correct that in your system because I had to call customer care to identify my reservation based on my email. Other than this everything's good.

BRIAN JONESThere is no clear indication of where to drop the keys. We drove all over the parking lot several times and finally saw a small hole at the bottom of the door. They need signage. And they also need to clean their lot. I dropped the U-Haul off at 11:30 at night to only have my tire blown out by metal in their lot. Wish I hadn’t chosen this location at all. U-Haul itself has always been very easy and pleasant to deal with however.
Celena DotsonIt was a longer process then expected returning the truck due to the link expiring before my return time so I needed to contact the Uhaul customer service to have the agent help by resetting the link then she helped with the location errors on the site as well as my phone. Finally after 30 minutes I was able to return the truck. Overall both gentlemen at that location had excellent customer service but a fan of returning the truck only by completing the information on the website before I could return the truck.

Monaye BrooksOnly problem I had is.,when I drop off. They had a festival n the street was blocked off. So I had to take a detour inwhich it added more mileage. But the gentleman that was on duty was very friendly n helpful and understanding. Thanks

keith murphyThe truck was dirty, pile of sand in the back and trash and work gloves in the front (gloves still there). Tire sensor light on, went back in as I hadn’t pulled off yet, they knew about it. Told me I should “just keep an eye on the tire”, like WTF? That is not part of what I signed up for. Should of been mentioned when rented. As I’m driving I realize the Cabin light would not go off and the Indicator light for gas cap not tight kept popping on. I pulled over and called the station. He said he thinks the light stays on and had no answer for the gas cap light. I ended up pulling over twice to keep tightening it (keep in mind I just rented the truck). Finally went off. Couldn’t find how to turn on/off headlights…. Upon return I figured out why. The ENTIRE part that you turn on the headlights and dome light was gone. Just two holes in the dash. I noticed the holes when I first got in but never thought it was supposed to have something in it of such importance. Upon further inspection the ENTIRE UNIT it was pushed back into the dash. 20 mins later with my hand under the dashboard trying to push it back thru the hole hoping I wouldn’t get shocked I got it to the surface but gave up. I tried to call u-haul to tell them the light was still on, as it had been when I rented it, after over 20 mins on hold I hung up. I have pictures of of the dash and of my hold time. This entire experience was absolutely unacceptable!

Bernadette Mooreworse customer service experience i have ever had; went to pick up the truck i had rented with a confirmed reservation, was told there was no truck of that size or even one smaller size available that day or next day or within any location within 2 hours of us. finally contacted uhaul customer service who arranged a smaller truck at a different location, and when we went to that location they didn't have the dollies or carpets we had rented. ended up going to 3 uhauls and wasting half a day and then they ended up incorrectly charging us for the large truck anyways.... worst rental experience ever

Carl ClauseHe did not listen to what I was telling him over the phone before I came. So he gave me false information. And what I needed to know I cannot get from him I had to call the one 800 number and she was amazing. I was able to pick my drop off and he basically kept telling me that I wasn’t and I could not bring the truck back to him.
Desiree ComerIt took us an hour standing in the cold to get the code to get the key in the back of the vehicle. I submitted all the info they wanted and they told me they couldnt verify it and closed out chat. I had to call and stand on hold and chat at the same time. Worst ever!!! Then when returning the vehicle the lock broke in our hands. I had to wait on hold for a person (that never picked up for and hour and half) start a chat that closed out again!!....and no one offered any kind of help..I work in customer service as well and I would have offered some kind of help with the bill or something!!! But no one helped with anything...never would I do that again

khup thangNo other equipment onsite so confusing as to if you are in the right place. Attendant had no idea how to process return. After trying several things I figured out that I had to log into the Uhaul website and do it myself. Easy once I figured that out with no help from the attendant. Maybe the website said this was just a drop off park with no support but I didnt notice that. Will be much more careful in the future about which locations I pick.

DAVID IDALADon’t double book the trucks. Have the trucks ready when people arrive. Have a system actually work so that you can check the equipment as you’re supposed to. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES
Stacy SteinbergOur past experiences with Uhaul have been great, but today was terrible. We rented the Uhaul from 9am - 12pm and didn’t drive it off the lot until 10. We opted to utilize the self pickup but the screen was stuck on “Awaiting Approval” for about 20 minutes. I tried using the chat feature to inquire about it and never got a response. We had to go into the station to finish up the approval process and had to wait additional time because the same issues were occurring for other customers. The staff of the station confirmed our drop off time of noon because another customer was renting it right after us, but we had already lost an hour of the time that we had allotted for. We said that we would do our best to be back by noon but it wasn’t our fault that it took an hour to get the truck off of the lot. It was just a terrible experience overall.
