There was a lot of noted damage on the truck, including a very bent front bumper. The location was fine, but the truck has cosmetic and functional issues. I have submitted a written statement with details.

Floyd OWaze GPS guidance was not accurate. I recommend Uhaul contact GPS navigation services to correct, I almost looked elsewhere. Lucky I called and this location indicated GPS was incorrect, obviously this has happened to others. Some people might go elsewhere, I’m happy I ended up having a good experience.

Yancy LThey recently painted the back of the 10ft truck I rented … and didn’t inform me that the paint is still wet and while moving the paint got on my new Michael Kors jacket and ruined it $200 puffer ski jacket…. But the employee Javi was super helpful and understanding said he would talk to the owner and Uhaul Corp… to help me get a new jacket or reimbursement…. Overall my experience with this location was tan fantastic!!!! All employees were excellent and extremely friendly….I would highly recommend this location!!!!

jennifer NThe agent did not walk with me to the vehicle. He should have inspected the vehicle with me in case I have questions. I also had trouble finding the correct vehicle as he did not know which one. He just kind of said try the key, it only works on one of them
Samson BAlmost gave away an appliance dolly I had reserved, 5 minutes later and it wouldn't have been there. I had to clean out the trailer myself.

Harneet KJas at the pickup location in Lincoln was fantastic to work with. I initially intended to tow the 5x8 enclosed trailer with a Chevy pickup however there were issues with my electrical connection. I ultimately used my 2020 Subaru Ascent and the trip to Portland went off without a hitch (no pun intended). Jas was extremely helpful in getting on the road.

John CVery isolated, dirt road for miles, poor lighting, inadequate signage, felt very unsafe dropping off near the sunset hour.

rick glocation was good but U-haul switched it at the last minute and it was not a 24 hour location so we had to drive further and wait till 8 which made pick up more difficult. So try and be more accurate with pick up cause we had movers waiting and they are paid by the hour.

Virginia RFacility was over 5 miles from town in the middle of farm land with no service to connect to U-haul via phone drop off. The Gates to parking lot locked, Key drop box was available but no direction on where to leave U-Haul after hours. property owner arrived while we were there taking pictures of the U-Haul. he was was angry that we were there and harassed us. He was not even aware there was a key drop box on the fence. He offered no assistance would not open gate and insisted that we park across the street from the gate. The property owner made me feel very uncomfortable so we dropped the keys in the box and left.

MIKAELA ZThe young man was very nice but I would make it clear to the person renting that a customer cannot return equipment to ANY u-haul as I was told. he said i can take it back to any drop off point, later I was told i could not and would be charged a fee. it took numerous phone calls, holding a long period and explaining several times to get to turn it in elsewhere. Also, this is not his fault, but I could not extend online. i had truck problems and could not return the specified day and was told I would be charged extra fee as well. then when i called customer service she said i would not be charged an extra fee, then i was charged $20 extra! get your information straight amongst your employees
