I honestly cannot see where improvement is needed. The whole process was smooth and easy. The employees were extremely helpful with making sure i had everything i would need. The UHaul site did not allow me to check in the truck when I returned it after hours. However I left a message with the office with the info on mileage and gas tank reading, and they processed it without charging me the $20 fee. I spent a collective 2 hours on the phone with several different people trying to get this trailer rented. Finally got someone who sounded like they knew what they were talking about. I was told it was ok to drop the trailer off in 29466 zip code and now I'm getting another bill. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul.
