Please note I have no issues with where i picked up or dropped off, Both places where great people to work with.....I do want to pass along that I was delayed basically a half of day because the first rental took place on Saturday at 2:30 pm the vehicle i was given i had to return not even a mile into my drive because i thought the front end axles were going to fall off, I definitely was not going to drive this truck 260 miles loaded. The person in Walkertown NC was very nice when i returned but didn't have any more 26' trucks so he set me up another request. After waiting an hour for some one to text me about another truck I called called 1-336-802-1776 at 4:21pm, please not i had movers lined up to load a storage bend so i needed a truck. The person that answered the call stated she couldn't find any trucks that would have to drive to Thurman NC which is about 2 hours away or Durham NC which was about 2hours away. I told her this was would not work I needed to get a local truck in the Triad area. She placed me on hold so a few minutes later she comes back and starts talking and cursing say the F... word which I thinks she thought she was talking to someone else like a friend, I said Miss your i think you pickup on the wrong hold button and she quickly place me on hold again....after 26 minutes later She determined no trucks were available till Sunday morning,,,..remember that now I had to send my loaders home because i couldn't get a truck until Sunday morning which has now thrown me back a half of day loading and pay to the loaders for there time to stand around while trying to find a truck. I must say I was VERY FRUSTRATED with the way this was handled .Danny F.

the first truck i was given had no brakes, a huge chunk taken out of one tire and barely moved when pressing the gas, i had to g back to the location and get a different truck, the process was a huge inconvenience and pit me two hours behind on my moving process, i ended up having to extend my rental an extra day, because my help was not available by the time i got to my moving location, which was NOT in my budget and made the moving process much more stressful and longer than expected, i am a heart patient and this was not only a huge inconvenience but a strain on my heart, body and overall health...getting in touch with customer service is a huge pain (over 30 minutes on hold each time) i have rented with uhaul in the past and never had so may issues as this time. overall i am not satisfied and will probably never use this service again when needed a moving truck. the trucks are very poorly maintained and difficult to drive in their condition.rebecca V.

Well there was a computer issue when I got that made getting the reservation done a little longer than expected. And when the person trying to get my reservation done couldn't get any help when she tried to call someone.clifford W.
Was here for over 40 minutes just waiting. This is also a Valero gas station and their were a moderate amount of customers. Personnel frequently did not acknowledge customers. When I finally got to the counter, the person at the checkout counter rolled her eyes and groaned when I explained that I was dropping off a UHAUL. She then went to get another employee in a back room. She stated that he would "be right out to help you." Granted, I do not know the circumstances as to what the other employee was doing, but I waited about 15 minutes for the other employee to come out and acknowledge us. He seemed to be confused that we were dropping off a UHAUL. He then proceeded to help the one other employee ring up other gas station customer's purchases. There is so much more I could list, but I really don't want to waste anymore time on this whole UHAUL experience. Left this drop-off point with a headache and tense muscles due to the frustrating experience and heavy smell of incense in the gas station.Kristi L.

The dispatcher to this location had messed up my reservation and ended almost having to cancel the move. Turns out, they had canceled my reservation and the national UHaul customer service was no help at all. All said, the UHaul operators at the Liberty Street Grocery went above and beyond to rectify the issues where the national and regional people failed. I almost had to cancel my move, but the people at the store were able to get me a truck. I would recommend them to anyone just for their customer service.Tim H.
The customer service was good, and the lady who checked us in was friendly and accommodating, but the location itself was sort of run down. The blankets they gave us were apparently infested with spiders (or else the spiders had a nest on the truck). We saw at least four or five of them (same kind) while unloading, and I found another in my new apartment. Who knows how many more I will find in the next few days. The equipment just did not seem terribly clean.Erika B.

I had to unhook the trailer myself. When making the reservation I selected Home Depot to return it since i know where its located. Some rude employee called me on Monday to say i needed to return it somewhere else. She never offered to rext me the location or email. Just said pleaae don't return to Home Depot. Sales person was very unprofessional wasnt trained properly. Ran my credit card twice and swore it was declined. When i checked my acct money was taken out aswell as us paying cash. Meaning i paid double. Tried to call the main number i recieved from the sales person 336 894 3464 and 336899 7969 Scott Lambeth and never got a hold of anyone.. Also we reserved a hand truck and never got it. What you can do for me to make it better is refund me that extra payment. Will never use this place again or recommend it to anyone.Grant V.

Make sure you put your own gas back in the U-Haul. I was charged $8.50 for gas for no reason at all. The guy claimed the needle had to be past the full line and not on it. Bullshit. I'll never rent from this location again. Even if it needed to be past the full line, almost $10 wouldn't have fit in that 10â€ truck. Then before he gave me my receipt, he said gas was only like $2, as if l wouldn't look at my receipt.lycrecia S.

Too far away from my original rental locztion. Trailer had a lock still had on it that the uhaul provider told me I could have removed myself. I did.Commie M.
Have a minimum standard of cleanliness for drop off locations. After spending all day unloading into a storage unit my wife needed a rest room, even though this location was a gas station / convenience store they had no rest rooms. Once the clerk started my transaction, he would suspend working on finishing my rental closeout to help other convenience stores customers even though there was another clerk handling convenience store customers.Joe E.
