Clay WThis was a replacement rental for Brown Storage LLC from Fredericktown, MO, when the office at Brown was closed and I was unable to pick up equipment I had reserved from that location. The staff at Liberty Storage was gracious enough to stay available after hours to ensure that I had the equipment I had reserved, unlike the staff at Brown Storage that left the office in spite of my pending reservation.
LAWRENCE WI was overcharged I was lied about. I was bullied and the regional manager encouraged all of that behavior. I will never go there again. I will never use u haul again

Steve LThey charged me 343 mile = to over $500 for a 43 mile trip and now I have to wait days to get my money back. The lady at the desk took over 30 minutes to check 2 people out who pre did everything online.

ALICIA DAs a women was expecting the office to be open at 7:00 am my scheduled drop off time. Called the number on the door to find out they did not open until 8:30. Had to do the best I could to get the trailer parked and unhooked all myself. Was expecting to get a courtesy call saying they checked my unit in and my 60.00 fee would be being refunded but no call in two days so I am going to have to call. If I had an open time of the location and the system matched the drop off time to it I also would not have had yo rush through emptying the trailer which would have been nice since these trailer rentals are for only 24 hours.

Judith RI have rented from them multiple times and each time it has been a hassle, I did NOT get the truck I reserved which cost me more money, even with a discount for the mistake it still ended up costing me over $100 more. This is the final rental from this location. I will have to drive farther to get what I need from now on but it is worth it. The office was closed even after I sent a message on the U Haul site about a pick up time of 3PM and the office was closed, then they did not have the 26 ft. truck I reserved. If you run a business you should at least be there for your repeat customers, this was inconvenient, rude and unprofessional and costly for a not for profit that cares for Veterans and Families. I will explore another source from now on.
Midwest VI just wish I had another 30 mins for the 30 mins I lost trying to get the keys code and truck number I just couldn't find it anywhere on my phone. That's why I just put keys in box forgetting to take pic of milage I didn't want to be late, ty made my move much easier
Catherine RTruck had a service light come on halfway through the move. Bumper held on with a coat hanger and would not go above 65MPH empty.
Donald STrailer was dropped off within established work hours, yet the office was closed. Would’ve been ok with this, had it been expressed beforehand that nobody would be there
Keith SReturned the U-haul Sunday evening. They were closed. So we left the keys in the drop box. I’m hoping for a partial refund. I was told I had the truck until Tuesday morning. But since we returned it the same day I feel I am entitled to a refund.

Kevin TInform customers that you are funneling calls from your Bonne Terre location so customers know where to arrive for their pickup. Would be helpful to update your system for your employee’s convenience/efficiency. I had to wait about 20 minutes because the nice lady working was having issues connecting to the portal. There were hangers and leaves left in the trailer. The lady working was super helpful and extremely nice. She was a pleasure to work with.

Bob VThe bolt on the trailer's coupler was slightly bent, making connecting and disconnecting somewhat more difficult than it would have normally been. Reparing that, or at least lubricating it, would probably make it easier.

Shannon HI had a scheduling issue and they worked with me to assist in the pick up of the trailer. Very Great People, wonderful to work with
James WThe uhaul was very hard to handle & had trouble getting the key out of the ignition. When it was rented, the credit card & drivers license was handed to the person, but yet somehow they managed to put the wrong first name on the contract. When we picked up the uhaul, it did not have quite 3/4 tank of gas in it, but when we returned it, there was almost a full tank of gas. We returned the uhaul at 7:10 pm & was told earlier that someone would be there until 8:00 pm, but when we got there we had to call to get it turned in. We’ve been packing & moving all day, & this just made a very tiresome & stressful day even more stressful.

Debra BThe operating hours were 9 to 3. That does not give workable hours for delivery for someone to return equipment if they work an 8 to 4 job. They also refused to give me a receipt and stated it would be e-mailed to me within 24 hours. I am still waiting for the receipt. My office accountant is not happy with me for not having a receipt.
CLYDE WVery friendly service and very easy
Julie SA/c went out 1 hour into a 5 hour drive to Arkansas in AUGUST. Nobody answered calls or texts. Roadside assistance didn’t have anyone that could do a/c repair on the weekend. Finished the drive only to receive a $50 credit for the a/c going out. Roadside assistance guy said they’ve had several models like ours that the a/c is going out on. ?!?!? Would never recommend UHaul if this is what they have to offer!!!

Emmett CNo one informed me the truck I rented didn’t have a ramp. Disappointed to find that when I got home. Made loading and unloading my heavy furniture & appliances, which is the reason I rented it, much more difficult. Feel customers should be told in advance if ramp is or is not included on the truck.
Ron BMake sure the fuel is actually where they say it is! Make sure they dont tell people the uhaul can be dropped off anywhere.
