There was a long wait to get checked out to pick up the the vehicle. Thr girl that checked me out also was working in thr Jiffy lube car bay. When I got to thr location I did not know where to go. There should be a uhaul sign on the office door where you need to go to get checked out.Herbert U.

They made an error on my truck rental and they were courteous and refunded the money to my card. They apologized to me which I appreciate. We all make errors from time to time and it is refreshing to be treated with respect. Kuods to Liberty Oil Change and Uhaul in Bloomington. The uHaul website is slow and the uploads and downloads on your phone take forever. uHaul may want to upgrade or investigate the site speed to give the customer a better experience online when using their phones. They didn't have the key in the safe when it was documented as being placed there, had to wait over night and upon multiple phone calls with customer service, they charged me for a two day rental when I only asked for the four hour originally, I never mentioned I needed the vehicle for longer than four hours and now they're saying I have $90 invoice but I'm reality I've tried 3 separate times to order a U-Haul through you guys and they claimed to give alms a $50 rebate, I ask how do I get that? The customer service lady on the phone said â€œ let me transfer youâ€ and it immediately sends me to a dead line and hangs up. This is ridiculous and I've paid my money for the rental full price which you guys didn't even deserve from me after messing up 3 times before. And my compensation from you guys is that you're asking me for more money? No , not correct, please get your story correct. Because I've spoken my part.Michael C.

6/2/20@6p, Sun 5/31@2p, i tried to do the Share return & could not do because it showed "no rental or reservation" i called the Liberty Lube # so could talk to uhaul & told her i couldnt sign truck in & she said she'd note that & gave me # to call & i tried to call later & must have wrote # down wrong cos rang & rang, so i hung up, & now being charged $20 extra for return! i need that $20 refunded asap! not my fault didnt work. someone needs to call me asap. thank you.Linda C.

The equipment was clean but not spotless then I was charged a cleaning fee when I dropped it off for leaving it in the same condition as to when I picked it up.. I am a previous U-Haul dealer myself so I am well aware of how to leave a uhaul upon drop off and find this very bothersome not to mention the fuel was at full when I dropped it off and marked at less than full on my return form. My furl return level was only to be at 5/8 but still that is an incorrect fuel amount and I do have pictures from when I dropped it off. Not very satisfied with my uhaul rental the equipment was fine but not customer service.Rachel B.

I paid to rent a utility dolly and it was not with the truck, I had to make a special trip back when the store finally opened to get it which of course cost me extra gas and time on my move. Then I was charged for 2 dolly's and I cannot get anyone to contact be back about it.Brandy H.
Fix your check-in system. Took me almost an hour to check in. I talked to eight different people and got sent on as many wild goose chases trying to check the truck in. First it wouldn't let me log in, then it wouldn't let me access the system without logging in, then when customer service did get me in, it wouldn't accept my locationâ€"which it requires to check in. Then I got sent to a regional office that was closed, then I got sent to a few others who kept passing me around to people who acted like they knew what to do or where to send me, but didn't. Finally got to someone who was able to check me in by letting me email pics of the vehicle. Brittany in sales got me to Jaime who checked me in. If the other six had been trained like those two this wouldn't have been a ridiculously frustrating wasted hour of my life. But they weren't, and your system doesn't work, so what was supposed to be a quick and convenient way to transport a living room set across town became the reason for a lot of unnecessary stress and a ruined day while my daughter screamed in the car for an hour as I tried in vain to return your stupid truck.Joel A.
I returned the vehicle with more fuel in the tank then when I took the vehicle. the invoice I received included fees for EZ fuel sales 3.6 gal, $16.20 and Fuel fill up service fee of $30.00. I was told if I returned the vehicle with equal amount of fuel as when I took it there would be no additional fuel charges. I paid for 10 gal of fuel myself for the trip which left more fuel then when I received the vehicle.Martin C.

The express pickup was troublesome. I had to call customer service 4 times to complete the process. All the glitches delayed my pickup time 65 minutes. Scheduled 8am pickup finally drove away at 905am. Customer service reps were rude and spoke with a condescending tone.Diane H.

Not really helpful to check the truck back in. Did not seem to know what to do or even care. I decided to log in and do it through my mobile phone which I should have done from the start. Best service I've ever had. I read some of the reviews before hand, some of the bad ones were totally off about this place. The office was in disarray, but considering it's a mechanic shop, totally understood. Cleanest oil changing place I've ever been in. Service was impeccable. The Uhaul guy worked out, and explained everything I had questions about. I totally felt comfortable with this place, and will be back.david V.

The person who helped me was very prompt, courteous and professional, and the truck just needed pulled around when I arrived. It was clean and perfect for the move. When I dropped it off, it was painless. The bill was exactly as promised per the online posted detail and rental agreement - no surprises. I was called the day before pick up to confirm my reservation and the pick up location was confirmed. I had no issues at all and it was a very positive experience.Robert W.

When we arrived we were told the truck we rented was not available and we needed to go to another place. After 15 minutes, after Jason (super nice) spoke with the field manager on the phone they found one for us 15 minutes away and told us to call them. When we did they said that the person who handles Uhaul would be on lunch for the next 30 minutes. We drove over thinking it would only be a 15 minute wait. It was not, the person did not return until 1:15 pm so an hour lunch with 2 customer's waiting. Our schedule had now been moved back 1.5 hours, causing tenants to wait for us to move belongings and our appt. to meet the new leasing agent 2 hours later. This is not what I call a easy pickup.Sheila Z.

I checked myself out using the app, so the location was somewhat irrelevant. Everything was in order, but basically we're talking about driving a box truck out of a gravel lot. There's not a lot that would make the experience either better or worse, provided everything is where it should be and the truck is in good working order.Thomas P.

I returned equipment after hours, which went fine. The next day, when trying to confirm, the stupid U-haul number put me on hold for fifteen minutes before I hung up and called the facility at their direct number and was then helped promptly. Your national phone line and customer service related to it are pitiful and likely hurt your reputation in a big way for no good reason. It seems a company your size could make just a small adjustment there and do great things for your customer satifaction.Matthew C.
