It's a convenient store. But the young lady Tiana was very helpful as she ran the store by herself as well.
Kandacerenee J.The self check-in and out process is a nightmare. We took many photos of the odometer and gas gauge, and none of them would go through. We had to have a store employee check us out from her computer. The check in was not much better. The cost of not using the self check-in is absurd.
TERESA LYNN W.Stop your distributors from being devious and petty. Just because I didn't return the truck on time, your distributors got together and rerouted my next Uhaul pick up in the worst part of town. I won't do business in Battle Creek with any Uhaul dealership in the future.
