Poor customer service at this location. We had difficulty with the door raising up and not being able to lower it. Called to request another truck. They said yes. We drove there and they refused to honor their word. As you know, on moving day that is one unneeded stress. Will not use them again.

The U-Haul service rep here was very kind. He encouraged me to triple check everything next time before completing the contract. I was very fortunate that he believed me and did not charge me for items I didn't have in the first place.

Fix your web site. It's too time consuming and awkward and a little frustrating to use. It's better to just show up to rent a truck. It's also time consuming and awkward for your agent. The people at this location are supurb and I've always had great service and great vehicles to rent here.

When I was settling the $ amount, I mentioned drove 11 miles and you are charging me for 2.5 gal. That's not reasonable. The man believe owner of store, said it's the computer I can't adjust. He became upset with me because I questioned him. Said I only make $4.00, more than once, I said that's between you and U Haul. Said you will have to call U Haul . the owner was very nice and helpful. However, it doesn't change the fact that your organization completely screwed me over and I will never do business with you again. You cost me an extra $100 in fuel and a day of my time due to your mistake.

Renting equipment - Exceptional customer service. Very helpful with instructions and making sure we understood how to properly hook up the trailer. teach them how to hitch up by crossing the the chains to help cradling the hitch from a possible chance of an accident and tighten the ball. and they had a older dog pet in a store and was not a service dog.

The owners could barely communicate in very broken English, which I have a hard time understanding thick Asian accents on a good day, but then they didn't know half the words they wanted to use. Upon checkin, they charged me an extra 2 gallons of gas because the "Gas was low", even though I had JUST gotten back from the gas station and filled it to exactly where the needle was when I picked up the truck. I didn't bother niggle-picking over the "3/8" mark on the sheet as there was no mark for "Just under 3/8", but they sure took advantage of that, and charged me.

Transmission was bad on the first truck. Had to wait an hour to get another one. After getting the second truck loaded up and ready to go, the back door on the second truck broke, and we had to wait another hour to get help. Overall terrible experience

Person assisting me was not as inviting as the one at the pickup location in Yakima, WA. However, I had no issues as the trailer I rented was clean inside. In and out very quickly.

This was well out of our way for a rental. The truck was not clean and the employee was trying very hard to help us but was the only employee working. He was a very nice gentleman. Who was working very hard in a very busy place. This rating should not in any way reflect on him. We just didn't have the time to wait after the long drive with the extra traffic due to accidents to wait for him to be able to clean it up for us. We also had to pay for extra mileage when we returned it due to where we picked it up from.

This location is a bit far from my original pick up location. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere

Only 1 person at this business handles truck rental and he doesn't come in until 9 AM. I needed to return a truck at 8 AM, so dropped it off and left my phone number with the store cashier. The correct person did call me shortly after 9 AM and asked if the over-mileage charge was correct. I said that it was and that I would pay if via my VISA card. This worked about as well as it could but it would be better to have been able to drop off the truck to a knowledgeable person who could handle everything right there and then. Again, this is not a deal breaker but an improvement would be good.

altho this drop off worked out perfectly for me it was a real challenge to get the ok to drop off near my washington location....and calling the 800 # was a waste of time until we finally got a young lady in the Vancouver office who got us set up at the right/best placxe

Definitely a difficult location when coming South on Interstate 5. Circuitous, counter intuitive location. Nice people but I can't speak any Korean and to their credit they can speak a little English. Laborious, tense, difficult.
