When I filled out the early checkout, it gave me a different place to pick up the truck. I did not find it out until I got to another location and had to get another uber.Robert D.

They gave away the equipment I reserved and had to settle for less equipment which then increased my time needed for my move by two additional days. That was over $100 in additional charges which is absolutely terrible. I've used UHaul services 5+ times in the last two years and will never use them again.James G.

This was my 4th location to pick up uhaul. Every other place where I had made a reservation cancelled last minute and didn't have truck available. I made a reservation for a reason! Wasted nearly 2 hours driving around Tulsa to get a truck. 2 hours after original pick up timeMaddie B.

Even though I did everything on-line, there was a bit of a wait only because the computer was so slow as she checked me in.Jeffrey P.
When we went to pick up the truck they did not have the furniture pads that we had ordered. I had to drive the truck to another location (the one we had originally selected online) to pick them up. The location was fine and the people were nice, but UHaul had not prepared them for the rental that had been changed to their store the night before we picked it up.Phil R.

The attendant forgot his keys so instead of being able to pick up the truck at 9am we had to wait for him to leave and come back and it was after 9:45 before we got the truck.David L.

The phone reservation took over 40 minutes,.I finally walked out of the rental office at 11:30 am for a 9:30 am reservation Sat. My volunteers gave up waiting for me at my gated community. This was a major waste! I got less than 1/4 of what I needed to on Sat. I'm a sr citizen, on crutches or in a wheelchair with a service dog. Imagine the fix you put me in. I had to spend additional mileage and fuel expenses to Sat. evening go in person to apologize for your poor service and explainw why I stood these kind people up. Frankly, for what it cost me and put me through, I should receive a 100% credit for the sorry excuse this U-Haul location put me through both in the protracted reservations problems and then at the office in person because of your software issues that became my problem and misfortune. Please issue me a full credit for Sat. since you prevented me from accomplishing what I originally needed to perform which was the reason for the rental of the cargo van. Please do so immediately!!Mary Kay S.

The owner was very unprofessional. He didn't have the dozen pads like I ordered and called to tell me I could go get them at another location. He told me he couldn't because he had his 2 kids with him at work and it was alot of work to pack them up. So when I complained that I wouldn't go get something that was supposed to be in my reservation and I demanded he take $50 off of my rental because of the Guarantee he went to get them. He complained about what an inconvienience it was to be a dealer for Uhaul because he has 2 locations to deal with and obviously toting 2 kids around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
