The van I rented had not been cleaned at all. Cigarette ash still sat on steering colum. I only rent u-haul for local quick trips because I expect mediocre equipment. After this experience I will look for other options moving forward. I feel cost will be the sane with another company but equipment will be superior.

TIMOTHY S.I had requested a dolly, there wasn't one in the truck. Both times I was at the location (pickup/drop off) it was supposed to be open (according to the hours) and it wasn't. I disputed the charges and asked for a refund for the dolly and was still charged full price. I sent through feedback (twice) before writing this and still have not heard back from anyone.
Ian T.We dropped off the 10 foot truck at Havertown in PA. They NEVER checked the truck in!! The UHaul office in Philadelphia called me 4 times to say I never dropped off the truck! They were relentless!! I kept telling them I dropped it off and called the location and they were dismissive. I have used Uhaul 5 times in the last year. I will never use UHaul again!! The less stress pickup was great. Havertown is another story.
MICHELE A.Drove 9 hours to Indiana, picked up a 6x12 trailer. None of the moving blankets is paid for in stock and no adapter available to go from round to flat trailer lights. Purchased an adapter for $30 at Autozone. Lights still didn't work. Good power to factory round plug. Tried making a ground wire. Still no lights. Had to drive 9 hours overnight. Forced to buy some expensive battery powered lights and strong adhesive to stick the lights on the trailer for the drive back to NC.

Ronald P.First time I rented a Uhaul in a very long time (decades lol). They made it very simple. In and out in 15 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.

David A.Have friendly reliable employees, don't charger them for things they didnt receive, answer the phone when it rings, when answering the phone try doing so with hello-hi- this is a uhaul representative, thank you- you know have manors, look people in the eye when speaking, and speak clearly. Make sure the vehicles you rent works properly. The doors open and shut easily. The tires are aired up properly. The common sense stuff.
Nicole H.Be more transparent about the process. My box arrived 19 days after promised and I had to proactively call everyday to find out what was going on. If I didn't call, I fell it could have take 2-3 months. Eventually, I called enough times that Jodie and others helped and send me daily updates, which was appreciated. but it shouldn't be my responsibility to track down the box. Can't you do something like tracking number so that we can log on to see the status of our Ubox?

Ann L.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Trust was very dirty and not maintained. Having just rented with Penske - their truck can was wiped down and disinfected. This truck had not been cleaned in what appeared to be years. Be more cognizant of what is going on in the world.

Corey B.Not sure who's fault but my reservation was at another location and nobody ever contacted me to tell me it changed. I went to the first location, then had to drive to the other one. The rental was fine. Older truck but it did the job. The inside of the truck was dirty but it was not a huge issue.

Joseph G.I explained to pickup location, I was pulling this trailer 1200 miles, asked when wheel bearings had been serviced. He could not tell me. After 150 miles, one whl bearing was much hotter than others! By second fuel stop, bearing was so hot paint was turning brown! It did not fail, but it was very hot, I drove slow due to this! Took an extra day, plus worried about bearing failure along the road! Terrible trip.Bearing was either dry, or set to tight. No excuse, UHAUL should know how to maintain bearings.
