Nobody was there for the drop off, tried to drop off a day early so it wasn't on a holiday and to see it I could get partial refund, knocked on the door and called multiple times and could not get ahold of anyone.

I requested an appliance dolly and drove 50 miles to open the back and not have one. I should have checked before we left but there wasn't anyone there and we were on a time limit so it really wouldn't have mattered anyway a uhaul used to come with a dolly so if your gonna charge for the thing put in there you had to jobs key in box dolly in back. Talk about an inconvenience. Can't wait to be sore as hell tomorrow

I have rented U hauls previously and this was just awful. The online check in was a total failure and I had to end up selling a route manager to get me checked in a d for the code to unlocked the key. The cargo van was absolutely filthy. It smelled awful. I was hauling a couch to my daughter and had to lay blankets down in the cargo area bc it was so dirty. On my return trip, I got pulled over bc the tail lights werent working also. Customer service non existent. Just sit on hold for 20-30mins only to be told " the hood time has expired". At returning the van, the check out on my phone charged me a 25.00 cleaning fee which I will be disputing bc it was filthy when I picked up and I posted pictures and comments on the online check in when I picked it up. There was no one at the pick up/drop off to talk to about the issues, or to assist with the check in/ out process. I will NEVER NEVER rent a U haul again!!!!! Worse customer experience ever.

Don't lie to them and over charge them and tell them everything is paid for them turn around and charge big bucks for gas and turn them into collections that is not right at all. Shame on you for doing this to me ,I am on social security and can not pay you 80 more dollars for gas when I put gas in to that old truck.Shame on you!!!!!!

Be very careful if u reserve equipment from this place. Not only was it guaranteed and there was nobody attending the business when there was supposed to be, I didn't get the equipment I was still charged and now it's under review to see if I can even get my money back!! Ridiculous!

The clerk was super nice. However, I had an issue with the safety chain s hooks connecting to my truck. I was directed to Central Dispatch who offered zero help and weren't willing to even try to find a solution to help me. I was left to head to the hardware store and figure it out on my own.

I originally booked to pick up my uhaul at the 21st street location. When I arrived I was told that my truck was not available there and needed to go to the Everett Ave location. When I arrived there nobody was there and the sign on the door said they wouldn't be open for another 3 hours. Being in a time crunch to move I had to call back to the 21st street location where they left me on hold for several minutes only to provide me with their managers number. After several failed attempts to reach him I had to call the location back. Once I was able to reach someone to help me I picked up the truck from the Everett Ave location and was assisted by a very nice guy who turned my experience around. I did NOT have a good experience with the 21st street location or their customer service.

They locked the keys in truck I was post to get. So it took almost a hour to get a new one ,or I would have returned it before place was closed. Then when returning it , it took another 20 minutes to return it on website. It wouldn't let me use my location on my phone so I had to use my friends phone . The people that worked there nice and fixed there mistake, but it wasted my time I could of be moving my stuff.

I did a mobile pickup. None of the add on items I purchased(dollies and furniture pads) were in the truck when I got it which I didn't know until I opened the truck up when I got home. I called them and they didn't even have furniture dollies so he suggested I get it from another store and he's reimburse me if they had to charge me again. So when I returned the truck I gave him the receipt showing I had paid for them at the other store and he still charged me for having them. I called him today and he told me he'd fix it but I still haven't seen it fixed.

Unprofessional. I suggest to go to the actual store to receive good service. I reserved a trailer and found myself 'waiting for him to open up because he was late. There was no lights for trailer, overall poor experience.

There was not person there at all as a lady I had to ask a stranger to take cargo trailer off my truck, it was very scary, i couldn't figure out how to do your internet to return trailer i was very very upset with this process I returned the cargo trailer in Newark Ohio 160 Everertt Street
