The truck was dirty and muddy. We were charged for gas when the tank was full. I am sending a separate complaint.

David M.The clerk was super nice. However, I had an issue with the safety chain s hooks connecting to my truck. I was directed to Central Dispatch who offered zero help and weren't willing to even try to find a solution to help me. I was left to head to the hardware store and figure it out on my own.

Rebecca D.I originally booked to pick up my uhaul at the 21st street location. When I arrived I was told that my truck was not available there and needed to go to the Everett Ave location. When I arrived there nobody was there and the sign on the door said they wouldn't be open for another 3 hours. Being in a time crunch to move I had to call back to the 21st street location where they left me on hold for several minutes only to provide me with their managers number. After several failed attempts to reach him I had to call the location back. Once I was able to reach someone to help me I picked up the truck from the Everett Ave location and was assisted by a very nice guy who turned my experience around. I did NOT have a good experience with the 21st street location or their customer service.
Rebecca M.They locked the keys in truck I was post to get. So it took almost a hour to get a new one ,or I would have returned it before place was closed. Then when returning it , it took another 20 minutes to return it on website. It wouldn't let me use my location on my phone so I had to use my friends phone . The people that worked there nice and fixed there mistake, but it wasted my time I could of be moving my stuff.
John D.I did a mobile pickup. None of the add on items I purchased(dollies and furniture pads) were in the truck when I got it which I didn't know until I opened the truck up when I got home. I called them and they didn't even have furniture dollies so he suggested I get it from another store and he's reimburse me if they had to charge me again. So when I returned the truck I gave him the receipt showing I had paid for them at the other store and he still charged me for having them. I called him today and he told me he'd fix it but I still haven't seen it fixed.
Noel G.Unprofessional. I suggest to go to the actual store to receive good service. I reserved a trailer and found myself 'waiting for him to open up because he was late. There was no lights for trailer, overall poor experience.
