Not parked in front so had to hunt for it in behind a field with a lot of cars as it's a mechanic shop. Also dirty upon pick up and missing appliance dolly ordered ahead of time. Also said due oil change. No usb connector to charge phone so can use maps. Lock box for key sticks and bad internet so hard to complete mobile pickup

Roger WApp instructions- return key to box 2 where it was picked up. Box 2 already contained a key so I put the key in the key drop box. Van was dirty when picked up- inside & out. Gas less than 1/2 full. No one at dealership when picked up who could answer questions.

clausella wMy experience with U Haul on this occasion goes beyond the survey above. I was in Tuscaloosa AL. and needed a car transport. I was at Contemporary Automotive. Call the U Haul dealers closest to that location (6 or 7). It was pitiful. People had lack of knowledge, bad attitudes, don't answer phones. So I called my local Hamilton Self Storage, Southaven Ms.. Melissa Tony and Allison Ortiz worked together and within 8 minutes had me a transport located and reserved with great and friendly service.
PHILLIP CActually have the equipment inside the truck next time.
Matthew HDrop off was easy as there was ample space to drop off.

Robert Ilocal people are fine national uhaul process is too slow just check credit card online and pickup should be 2 minutes

James ALocation was convenient for me. Business was an automobile repair shop not very Clean and was noisy. There was no one there on day of return, owner was home with sick child.
robert mWas a little confused about pick-up location. Was attempting to rent from location in Tuscaloosa, but later was contacted by someone from Moundville that had the truck I was scheduled to pick-up. Forced me to do about 35 extra miles of driving (extra $35 in billing) compared to pick-up in Tuscaloosa. But hey - at least I got a truck and got done what I needed to get done.

Joseph CThe low coolant indicator was on in the truck when I cranked it up. I had to put coolant in it before I could even use it for fear of damaging the motor. Truck was muddy in the holding area. Considerable play in the steering.
MIKE SVery bad customer service and they didn't even open when the sign said they would open. Very disappointed with this location. I will never rent from U-haul again. I'd rather buy my own truck.
Talisa DMake sure the person gets the location they requested so they are not driving out of the way or using extra gas of the moving vehicle or their personal vehicle
james aThe only auto transporter available and provided for me to use has got to be the oldest piece of crap in your entire fleet. There was rust everywhere on this piece of equipment and it seriously needs to be decommissioned because it is no longer safe to use. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice at the time with this situation. I will be hestitant to use Uhaul in the future even though previous rentals have been average. You got me this time but it will not happen again. I really deserve some type of refund as I should not be charged full price for equipment that is in serious disrepair. A response is required for my time in providing honest feedback.

ROBERT LI've been using U-Haul for over 30 years off and on and I will say this experience was probably the best experience with U-Haul that I have had.
