Wow, this location hires the worst white trash lazy, ugly, stupid, low rent, meth addled people the Portland are has to offer. I know that is a bold statement, but I've been here long enough to know what garbage looks and smells like. This location seem to seek these samples of excrement and exclusively hires the worst of what humanity has to offer. They also have multiple signs up to warn people that their staff is the absolute dregs of society garbage and ask you to be patient with these losers. I don't mind the fact that they multi-task, helping other customers while trying to figure out the very uncomplicated website to process my rental, but the discusting tramp who was put on hold while trying to pay her bill over the phone when I was simply trying to return the truck was way over the top. A process tht should have taken 10 minutes, being generous, took 40 minutes. You are on the clock "B" do some work. Don't tell me about some garbage wallet you bought, cash me out. I had a hard day of physical work, something you know nothing about. I've rented uhauls before and I've never come across a lazier, nasty group of people than the troglodytes I found here. Twice in our rental the shifter and the indicator would both move but did not shift out of neutral . The engine would Rev but no shift. After shutting engine off a couple times it all worked. No further problem. It would be great if you had a print out of all the controls, w/s wiper/washer, light, switches, , etc. Your people are all courteous and kind.LAWRENCE S.
After 1 10+ hour drive from Santa Rosa, CA to Oregon City, OR, followed by unloading a 15 ft. truck into a storage unit, it was great to be able to basically drive across the street to drop off the truck. The guys there were helpful and got us in and out as quickly as they could.Mark L.

I asked for $10 of fuel to be put into rental truck return. They put $21.00 in!! It ended up with much more fuel than required to return it. I made sure I was putting enough fuel at $10.00. I put 20 miles on the truck!! Manager acted pissed at me for wanting my $11.00 of overcharged money back!?!?!? WTF???? Never again!!Patrick R.
I was overcharged. Not sure who to call about it. They told me to return the truck at 630 pm. At 620 when I showed up the girl working asked if I was sure I was supposed to return it to this location. I said yes and she said well I already shut off the uhaul computer. This is probably why I got an after hour charge. Also the insurance I got doubled from the quote to the actual receipt. Also a 39.90 rental charge when the truck was 19.95. I will dispute this charge. It's not on debit, it was on a cc card. Please reach out to me or adjust my charge. I went one mile over my estimated mileage. 91.60 was estimated cost. It should be 93.19 with the one extra mile and I was charged 147.14Michael A.

The truck smelled like there was a dead animal inside it, the smell was so bad we had to drive around in the cold with all windows down. Even spraying perfume did not work. It was terrible.Jennifer R.

Finally clerk didnt have to ask for my personal details, because I checked-in online. This particular location was weird, they always asked for details despite my check in online before. No other lication was that annoying. Luckily it's fixed now. The person was new, maybe he is more proficient.Mikhail K.

I reserved a furniture dolly, I paid for a furniture dolly, I was told there was not one available and that I wouldn't be charged for one. The associate couldn't figure out how to remove it from the bill, so I was charged for a product I didn't get to use and had to lift furniture by myself with no leverage or carrier. I was customer service to refund me and contact meMolly K.
I was told if I checked in, which I did, after hours. I scanned the bar code, took all the pictures of gas and mileage. I even went home got the flicking contract and brought it back and you still charged me $20 flicking extra. I don't like that!!TIMOTHY ALLEN B.

A tall thin man who was working there and was in charge of the trailer was very short and snippy with us. I was directed inside to park the trailer in an open spot and unhook it (unassisted and without anyone checking the trailer before we left). As we parked it and unhooked it, two employees, the man included, stood 50 feet away watching us. After we had unhooked it and began to move it away the man snapped and told us to stop and leave it. My mom, got back out of the vehicle and told him that his attitude was very off putting. He continued with his snippy attitude. I was following directions from one person, and then got in trouble from another employee.. hard to know what procedures to follow.Laura P.

Employees! I had a terrible experience with one of the employee. Since I arrive to try to rent a truck he just started screaming at us and was extremely rude. Was refusing to help or answer any questions. The only one that help was a lady inside the Gas station. She was friendly and very helpful. At the end when I return the vehicle the guy continue to scream at us and refusing to help. Screaming at us " we are close". When inside the Gas station and was able to return the truck with the lady inside. She told me to finished the return on my phone since they were about to close but she was able to take the keys from me. As I was about to get in my car and was doing the return in my phone it asked me for the mileage and I forgotten to take a picture of it. Run back to ask if I could see it and take a fast picture. The rude guy again did not even let me asking anything he screamed at me again and shut the door in my face! In my opinion he needs to be fired! Is so obvious he hated his job and hates been a decent respectful human being. Don't recommend this location at all and would not rent from u-haul again! Horrible experience!!!! ðŸ¤¬ðŸ¤¬rachel A.

The blonde tall thin guy was a total jerk. He totally yelled at me so much that a customer asked if I was ok. Inside and a woman helped me. I mentioned some thing about him yelling at me and she said oh yeah lots of people have complained about him recently. It's really not a good look for U-Haul overallCatherine B.
My reservation was not honored! I reserved a 26' truck at 8am, the vehicle assigned to me wasn't due to be returned until 10:30 am. I then had to rent a smaller truck which forced me to go double the miles! Additionally I was charged an additional $47.52 and have no documentation as to why. I have a receipt for $182.67 but I have an additional charge on my card for $47.52! Customer service has not been helpful what so ever and so I will have to file a dispute with my bank! Never again will I rent from uhaul!Nicholas R.

The agent was doing multiple things at a time and it took over 30 minutes to rent the vehicle even tho I had reserved on line. When I returned the vehicle, that also took 30 minutes to accomplish. I will find a different location the next time I need a rental.Dianne D.
The truck still had a bunch of food crumbs from the previous renter and this truck pulled tremendously to the right. I had to maintain constant pressure left to keep the truck straight. Exhausting after a two hour drive.Eric B.

The only problem I experienced was with using my phone to check out, I was supposed to click on a "button" only that button did now display anywhere on the screen. The people inside took pity on me and came out to help. They were great people, personable, friendly, helpful, kind!Cindy R.

The truck wasn't ready. The guy behind the desk had a difficult time understanding the terms of the rental. Instead of hanging me the keys and letting me go, he spent 25 minutes asking questions I had already answered and almost switched my rental to something that would have cost a LOT more.George F.
