Person who handled U-haul rentals was not there when I picked up or returned the vehicle dolly. I was billed for a second day even though I returned the dolly hours hours before the deadline of the single day rental. The u-haul rental service provider is co-located with some other business who simply acknowledged the return and then whenever the actual rental service provider employee showed up for work he billed me for a second day. I will have to file fraud charges with my bank and possibly local law enforcement.

They charged me for 3 gal of gas, I put 2 gal in before returning, I drove less than 21 miles, there is no way I used 5 gals of gas, looks like a scam to me.

I went to the place I wanted to return the trailer to because it was close. The person told me he didn't have room and sent me to this location. They made room and assisted me in backing into the correct place. His instructions were great and he was extremely friendly.

I did not inspect the trailer. When I got it to my loading location it was clear that the unit had not been used recently (door stuck and was literally pasted with grit and leaves. When I open the interior was also littered with leaves and grit. When loading I realized that the tie-down rails were coming loose.

This location charged me for allegedly not returning the dozen blankets. Unfortunately for them, I snapped a picture of the blankets, folded in the trailer when dropped off. They also charged me for dropping off after hours. There is another U-haul 100 yards from this one. These people are dishonest and should be shut down. I will never use U-haul again, ever.

The guy who attended us (my partner and I) was rude. He told us to just go outside and get the tow dolly. He didn't help us. He didn't give us any instructions. He just gave us the contract and we had to build it all ourselves.

The checking in process took way too long. Had a blown tire on the auto transport 100 miles into our trip.

Very clear that this location focuses on other business. Uhaul is not their priority. While the staff was friendly, the order date, drop-off location, and rented supplies were all incorrect a number of times, with numerous alterations. Even at time of pickup, the order was not 100% complete and ready to go, despite coordinating with them consistently for over a week, with numerous calls and visits. The truck cab was filthy and unclean, with food and trash still scattered throughout, and not sanitized (despite COVID-19) and hand cart was not available despite reservation. The staff tried to fix the problems, but it was far too messy to ever recommend. I had to work with the one-way drop-off location because of these issues once the move was complete.

Maintain your trucks. The spark plug could not be repaired. It was completely stripped making it evident the entire component needed to be replaced. Had the maintenance been properly performed, I would not have ended up stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours before roadside assistance located an Uber to take me back to the location to pick up my car. I will be calling for a full refund considering my day was wasted and I could not accomplish everything I needed with a broken down truck and over an hour north from home.

U-haul needs to train their staff better. The 800 # rep first sent me to pick up a rental at a facility that had been closed for months!!! Then after calling the 9800 # again, they sent me to another location that did not have the tow dolly in stock that I needed so they "upgraded" me to a full car carrier which I did NOT want but had no choice. I rented on Saturday at noon and was told they are only open till noon on Sunday, but if I bring it back anytime on Sunday, they would only charge me for 1 day. I rented it at noon on Saturday and returned it around 4 pm on Sunday, but the U-Haul corporate charged me for an extra day! Even though I was told by the local rep that I would only be charged for the 1 day. First they send mew to a closed facility, then they send me to a facility that doesn't even have what I need, and then they lie and charge me for an extra day. Absolutely ridiculous. What a RIP-OFF. Never again. Stay away from U-haul.

There's another business at this location which was a little confusing. We went inside and told them we had a truck to return. We waited some ten minutes and then another person came by and asked if we needed help? Someone did eventually come along. Just not what we wanted after a long day of moving.....

I had to change drop off locations. I understood no one was going to be there for an after hours drop but the location was very dark. I called the 1800 several times to confirm the new drop location and was told it was in the notes but still got emails and calls saying none could find the trailer.

please clean & de-flea trucks and trailers periodically. i do NOT have any pets, yet a few fleas found their way onto my furniture (i brought my own bed bag).

I was charged a deposit fee of $100 they never returned it additionally I turned it in and I returned the U-Haul the night that I rented it so the same day and they charged me for two extra days that I didn't use it and now I'm in limbo because they're taking forever to sort it out
