We put in for one way and they didn't do it that way so then had to pay more money until we could get it back this way

The vehicle was not clean when I got it and I said it wasn't clean when I left it because it wasn't clean when I got it and they tried to charge me for cleaning when it was dirty when I got it so I shouldn't be responsible for someone else's mess.
