Drop off was at a business tucked away in a remote area. No signage present at the location to indicate U-Haul affiliation or that it was Lazi Outlet Store LLC.. I happened to spot a couple of U-haul items tucked away behind the at the rear of the dirt and gravel parking lot. Asked the workers performing stone/granite countertop finishing if it was a U-haul drop off and they had someone come out to meet me from an unmarked, small office off of the main, open-air work area. The person that checked me in was very friendly and the check-in was efficient and pleasant. It just was confusing knowing whether I was in the correct place and where to go. Note: I had asked to drop off at a similarly convenient location, but was asked to keep the drop off as is due to future plans for the rental.

The return of the equipment was very difficult, the facility was not open and we had to keep the trailer for days to find a window to return.

MICHAEL CThe hours listed on u-haul are not accurate for this facility. I had a drop-off and since I did not pay to drop-off during now operation hours I went during hours that the facility claimed to be open. Thankfully, there were people working at the other company on-site that said this was a common issue and to drop-off the trailer and that they would inform the u-haul individual. This was after I called main u-haul and they said similar.

carrie lPlease see my customer service notes for this pickup. I don't have the time to type out all the issues I experienced and I am still waiting for some form confirmation as to my case. I was told I would receive some sort of compensation for the issues at the pick-up but am still waiting to receive any communications about such. Signage was very bad, management and staff were simply not present at pickup and I had to wait 35+ minutes to get my truck's key. Staff gave my furniture dolley (the locations last one) to another customer that reserved a truck upon arriving. Drivers seat floor was covered in dried mud. All in all this pickup location should be dropped from U-haul business as soon as possible. It did not feel safe at all and threw a massive wrench and large amount of stress into my day. I also received the truck with gas gauge empty. Please call me to discuss status of my compensations. Thanks,

Tracxi IFill tanks with gas. When your not from the area and have to find gas before you can even get to where you are loading is so bad and unprofessional. I own a multi location landscaping business and do a lot of truck equipment rentals and never have I seen a gas garage below a quarter. Not good at all!!!
