Herman HawkinsThe lot to leave the truck is so poorly maintained. There are TONS of potholes/giant dips/grass growing through concrete throughout and it's hard to avoid all of this-you could literally cause damage to the trucks. My husband happens to be a CDL driver so he was able to maneuver more easily. The lot is disorganized and it is unclear where to leave the truck because you inevitably end up parking another vehicle in. The other concern is that the instructions for where to leave equipment DO NOT indicate that all dollies/blankets/hand trucks need to be locked in the cab of the truck if dropped off after-hours. We received a call from someone at Lawrence Automotive after we left the location indicating that theft of those items is our responsibility and that we should have known to put them in the cab prior to locking the door and dropping the key in the drop box. He offered no solutions other than to make us aware of that. We chose to return and put our personal lock on the outside of the truck and leave that key in the lock box as well. He honestly should have gone out to his place of business to take care of it after learning that no instructions were provided to us. He only offered to let us take our chances and that he has cameras at the property and could try to monitor. No offer to mail our lock to us. Limited concern for the extra time and energy spent on this. We came from WI and were returning to WI after putting our items in storage for our upcoming move. Very disappointing drop location and service.

DAVID POWELLThe property is a bit short on parking space. It was funny (amusing type funny) when the persons ahead of me in line said they were there to pick up a 20 foot truck and I had just pulled in with a 20 foot truck. Easy handoff.

HARRY WRIGHTThis was the first time that I had rented from U Haul and I was very happy with how easy it was. I had called Lawrence Automotive a week before I needed to pick up the van and Wayne was very helpful in making sure that it was ready for me when I had scheduled the pickup time.
