Eric did an amazing job locating me an auto transport after uhaul made my reservation an hour before they closed. He even went to pick it up in order to meet me back at his location in time. UHaul customer service is severely lacking. I tried calling 6 times prior to pickup because the pickup location was not what was selected during checkout and never was able to speak with anyone before the system hung up on me. Then I was on hold for 20 minutes while sitting in front of the truck waiting to pick it up because because the Uhaul system didn't recognize my device for remote pickup.Jonathan S.

my rental was for a 1 pm pick up and the person who works for uhaul didn't get there til 2:30 pm. it was extremely inconvenient and i lost money bc i paid a couple of guys to help move so i had to pay them for that 1.5 hours.sara P.

The guy did not allow me to go with my choice of mobile pick up. On top of that, when he was doing the checkout for me, he added additional stuff and while I was supposed to pay only about $34, with all the things he did I paid double the price of what I originally had on my phone. And when I returned to put the key in the orange box, the people outside the location quickly came up to me to stop me and to give the key to the guy personally. I wanted to have less contact with people and this location did not allow me to do so and on top of that, I ended up paying more for services I did not chose.Elver G.

My experience was horrible like none other. I made a reservation or a one way trip on Saturday and when I get to the location I was told that my reservations was canceled which I did not do and don't know who did or why! So I called back to make another reservation for one way trip and then after packing up the truck I was told that I had to bring the truck back to the city which was a huge inconvenience for me and I was so nervous and Afraid for having to drive back on the expressway my nerves were really bad and I had no appetite to eat it was a horrible experience for me.Sherlita H.
