This place was great! I was signing papers inside, and another guy had the trailer hooked up to my car! Very fast and friendly service!

Caution to future customers: the pick up location is not guaranteed and the radius for them to change it to can add hours to your timeframes. Recommendation to improve: Try very hard to have truck that person reserves (well in advance) available for pick up. Having someone drive 40+ miles one way during a very stressful time to honor the size they selected (26ft) is a joke. If you never have a certain size available attempt to get removed as an option for pick up from your website so people can plan well in advance. Settled for a smaller size, which turned into a crunch time/ closing in 3 hours disaster. But Uhaul got another reservation out of it, so you probably are very happy.

I presented a certificate from my realtor to this location for $100.00 upon my arrival. He didn’t not know what to do with it at that time so he called his representative for answers. They informed him how to use the certificate. I paid my portion of the bill and used the truck for a total of nine miles! Returned it the next day with fuel in the same condition I received it and two hours ahead of schedule. A month later I was billed a thirty dollar late fee for payment past due as well as a $100 charge for the certificate that was presented but not credited to my invoice. After 90 minutes on the phone with two different customer service people at u-haul I was transferred six separate times all resulting in being disconnected from their customer service reps. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had and would not recommend this location or U-haul to anyone I know. I will never use your services again and I expect a full refund for the amount you charged me in excess of my agreed upon contract.

Dealers were GREAT. Call center and Field Manager were horrible. Trailer was at wrong location after calling 3 times. Had to drive an hour and a half out of the way to pickup trailer. Will never rent from here again. Save yourself time and money. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

The truck had not been washed and was covered with dead bugs. The interior was fine. I had requested a pick up at the Schofield Grand Avenue U-haul and was quite surprised to hear the truck was in Merrill. Rather inconvenient for me but the person who assisted me was very helpful. Probably better service than I would have received in Schofield.

I reserved the trailer from a Schofield location and never received any notification, as I have in the past that I would need to pick it up somewhere else. On arrival I was sent to a 2nd location. When I got there they said their trailer was in Schofield and they had none. (Schofield had several parked in the lot) They sent me 30 minutes farther away to Merrill. (45 minutes from where we started) They Merrill site had the trailer and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. This whole ordeal put us 2 hours behind schedule. When we got to our storage site to fill trailer, we opened it up and it was full of construction debri...a pallet, large chunks of drywall, drywall dust, plastic wrapping, straps.....we had no where to put any of it...there was no dumpster at our storage site and we had to leave it clean. We emptied, swept out trailer, put our stuff in, tied pallet to our car and threw the drywall and plastic on top of all our stuff in the trailer and car. Very messy! VERY disappointed with the whole rental! We have used UHaul 4-5 times before and never had an experience like this! Even tried to call rental place and no one answered and no machine to leave a message.

There was a foot of snow on the box that I had to shovel. Driving on the highway there were chunks of ice and snow flying off behind me. The rental agreement stated the fuel tank was over 1/2 full. It was on E and I had to stop at a gas station before driving anywhere. Additionally, the rental location was over a half hour away from where I had originally reserved the vehicle earlier in the week.

We have a very good experience with Lawn& Snow Removal Specialists. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help us find the issue with our none working lights on our Equinox. We were fixed and on our way. Thank you!!!
