The back of the trailer was full of dog food kibbles throughout and mud. The cabin had smoking ashes in it the seatbelt buckle worked but had broken pieces lying around. There was a lighter left in there as well as phone cord and petals from what looked to be plants or flowers. The owner also overcharged me for gas on the return of the equipment. I do understand that I agreed to pay five dollars per gallon of gas but where I returned the vehicle at was not a gallon shy of being at half it was more like 4 gallons . I will not do business with this retailer again

The van had a dent in the front it reaped of cigarette smoke it had not been cleaned out. I stopped at the gas station and got an air freshener.

My reservation was for the U-Haul dealer on 11 mile in Madison Heights, when I showed up at 7:00 AM the truck was unavailable. Was sent to Laverne’s to pick up the correct truck and had to wait two hours which messed up my schedule for the day.

We were over charged on gas even though we put the gas back exactly where it was supposed to be. Also we could not use our cash app card to rent the truck but they tried to remove money from my account after we returned the truck. We were also charged for an extra day that we DID NOT have the truck.

After looking at my receipt, I was charged with using equipment I never used (6 furniture pads and an extra dolly extra $15). Charged me for gas that I replenished that I have pictures to prove (extra $9), and the truck was dirty with hard cold piles of popcorn on the truck floor. The guy was nice, but I don’t care how nice you are if you’re charging me for extra things. To improve don’t charge for anything not used, and clean out the trucks it’s ridiculous.

Better Custumer service clean trucks no gas in the truck very bad experience I paid for a dolly and I dint get it ! Truck need a good inspection and I would like to know why they charge me for things that I find have .
