Not take a customer through the hassle of having to wait for a truck for over an hour. The truck was at the location but the vendor didn't know how to put the truck back in service on the computer.

One of the 2 dollies I ordered wasn't available. I was charged for it anyway. Uhaul's scheduling process is horrible. Iade a reservation for a 20ft truck in Lebanon 2 weeks in advance. They say they'll be in touch because this truck is used a lot. They call me 2 days ahead and say they've got a 26ft 40 minutes from where I'm moving and the original uhaul site. I call to inquire about other trucks because i don't need a bigger one. The lady cancels that one just to see what else is available and that truck disappears. She finally gets me another 26ft truck still 40 minutes away. So now I'm missing a dolly and paying for mileage and $50 in gas I never should have had to if the reservation was worth anything at all.

Charged for utility equipment I didn't ask for such as a dolly. I told the man numerous times I didn't need one and he indeed didn't give us one but put it on the contract. Didn't send my contract until after I left. Didn't have the truck ready for dispatch upon arrival took 45 more minutes to receive. Several other issues but over all Uhaul themselves were very helpful with getting everything situated. The location itself was unknowledgeable and very unorganized.

Was charged double somehow. Was told it was a computer issue U Hauls 800 number would have to fix. Called, the automated line said 15 min wait. Left my number to hold my place in line where they call you back. Got a ring 2 hours later only for it to not be who could help me. Gave me the number to customer service but haven't had a opportunity to be on hold forever again yet.

Only positive was the nice gentleman behind the counter. What good is Virtual check in if the app doesn't work and the truck is filthy and hasn't been cleaned. I'm done using UHaul-rip off. Dirty trucks, weak app, overpriced

We didn't go in the office. The owner of the place didn't have enough room to store the trucks. We were given a discount to return the truck there instead of 20 minutes closer to us. Not sure why they were choosing to return here, but the poor man couldn't handle them all. The first stop there was to have them help detach the auto transport. It was EXTREMELY hard to maneuver in his parking lot. He is right off a main road. I would suggest checking with these places before asking customers to drop off trucks they aren't prepared to take. His lot was FULL with no more room when we dropped ours off.

Owner was grouchy and not at all helpful. Truck was in poor/dangerous condition and unfit for a 300 mile trip. The shifting linkage on the steering column was broken and was difficult to move into drive, reverse and parl. The vehicle was unsafe.

The fuel was more than I orignally received and the man required me to bring it fully to 7/8s. Had I known it was going to be so strict about the gas, I would have made the pickup place change the mark of amount. Kept trying to blame UHaul for his strictness. And his air was cocky and degrading.

The rental process was fine. The man in the store was very polite and helpful. The problem I had was with your app, trying to return this thing at 9:00 at night with minimal lighting and the app not working. I was alone in an isolated part of town with one little street lamp lighting the area and your app kept getting stuck on the page to take the pictures. I kept taking them but the screen would freeze so that I couldn't move forward and could only push the back button. And every time I did that, it wanted me to take pictures again only to get frozen on that same screen. So I called your help desk because I was getting scared out there alone late at night and I kept thinking I could hear footsteps around me. Your help line was backed up for 45 minutes. So I pressed the option to have them call me back but they never did. Eventually I tried it on your website and was finally able to check out successfully The most stressful part of the whole moving process was just trying to return the truck through the stupid app. That app is garbage and I was really scared and panicking not knowing what to do. That app needs major improvements.

Even though there were employees there earlier, I was made to wait until 9am to pick up the truck when the original reservation was for 8. I then had to basically complete the check in by myself on the tire shop's computer. Not a good experience at all.

The only employee that knows how to rent the trucks and equipment was out sick. I had to assist the employee myself to get my truck rented. He did a video call with the sick employee, but he still was having issues with making the correct choices in completing the rental agreement. I thought this should have been easy as I had already pre-checked in online, but no. Also the cabin of the truck smelled like someone had smoked in it.

This doesn't refer to LaVergne Tire Center but to Easy Tow on Old Nashville Hwy. worthless U haual dealer. No customer service. Hid in the back until closing and then came out and said closed. At least LaVergne Tire was helpful and friendly. Will use LaVergne Tire again

I had an 8am pick up and was unable to get the truck until 930 because the only man working there had no clue about the uhaul rentals. I also paid for a dolly that I never received, then I was charged for a missing dolly!! I will never use uhaul again. Overall terrible experience!

The man who does the UHAUL rental was rude. When I returned the vehicle he never checked it in. I called the regional UHAUL who in return called him and he told them I never turned in the truck. I literally only had the truck for one hour. When the regional rep put me on the phone with him he again said he couldn't find the keys and as soon as I was about to raise my voice and said now wait a minute, he conveniently found the keys. And there was a low air notification when I got in the truck. I went back in to let him know and he just you'll be alright. Don't go to this location. There are others!!!

Location posted notice of opening on Monday 12/28 but did not state time, time on door stated 8am opening but I called emergency number and told opening at 9am so I waited. I arrived at 8:15. There were 4 people that stopped by before 9am.

Never rent from uhaul. They try to charge you a drop off fee when you dont select a return drop off place. Very very bad. I'm still fighting this. Know have made three phone calls and still not resolved.

Whem I got there, I was a little late because my Mom made the reservation and forgot to tell me what time to pickup. I interrupted the smoke break for the guy that worked there, he told me I was late and I woulld have to wait until he got through with his cigarete. Okay, I am a smoker so I understood to some extent, but I thought cusomers come first! Then he told me I had a half tank of gas, I thought the trucks were supposed to be filled up when picked up. He told me to have a little over a half of tank when I turned in and I told him I would have it the same as I picked up and I left!
