I got locked in the complex because of an ice storm and they came 2 hours later, police were all ready there. Also I was 2 days past my payment day when I moved out and they made me pay $100! Also ONE TIME in two years I was late on the payment and they put a lock on it, took 4 days after I paid them to get out off, and I called every day! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

ANNE EUBANKS | Overall ExperienceSecurity Gate has been broken for weeks. Not even locked at night. No onsight control while gate is inoperative. Many repeated notifications to office staff has been met with same reply: indifference, and "we';re waiting on parts", and "your contract doesn't include security". After 2 1/2 years at this facility, took my business elsewhere. Many other storage facilities with similar price, and SECURE lockup.
