I got locked in the complex because of an ice storm and they came 2 hours later, police were all ready there. Also I was 2 days past my payment day when I moved out and they made me pay $100! Also ONE TIME in two years I was late on the payment and they put a lock on it, took 4 days after I paid them to get out off, and I called every day! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Security Gate has been broken for weeks. Not even locked at night. No onsight control while gate is inoperative. Many repeated notifications to office staff has been met with same reply: indifference, and "we';re waiting on parts", and "your contract doesn't include security". After 2 1/2 years at this facility, took my business elsewhere. Many other storage facilities with similar price, and SECURE lockup.

We had unit 311 for almost 1 year. The only issue was the doir was found to be frozen to the ground during the winter due to poor drainage.

I rented at this storage unit place close to 2 years. There was a break in once but nothing was stolen. They made the place safer after that. Easy to pay online.
