While U-haul's service is convenient they need to ensure that the middle party locations are honest and reliable in the transactions.
I rent the truck for one day, I was billed for two days, the truck had no gasoline at all, the mileage was .99 cents they bill me for 1.19 per mileage.

Actually nothing I can think of,, The service was great and the employees were very nice and helpful, they did everything right.
This is a small store the window has all kinds of signs .the do money transfers phone sales etc it is hard to fInd the I haul sticker on the window . Inside is dirty and has a wall to wall glass for security since is in a schechy part of town . Only one attendant. It took about and hour to check out becouse the signal was bad and could not scan my I'd . Attendant had to come out From Enclousures and to my phone to see if could scan my IID. In a pandemia I did not like that personal touch . At check out I ask her to inspect the truck with me before taking it and she refused . So in went outside and took pictures of the damagues in the truck and went back inside to show her and make sure she had stickers on everything so I would not be responsible at the time of return .she finally came outside and put stickers on some dents that were not marked. I had to argue with her to finally get her to do that . Extremely poor service.Considering I was the only customer. I will make sure I never go back. I wanted to cancel and walk away but had movers waiting for me .
They charged me twice of the money...

Dog hairs in truck on seats. In addition the location is disgusting and rundown.
Terrible service. Truck was dirty and full of trash. Gas wasn't even filled to where it should have been filled. I want a refund.

Don't use this location for rentals. Horrible service, lady messed up my whole reservation. Waited forever, messed up gas mileage
This was the worst experience ever renting a vehicle. I was there for 1hr and 35 mins. And I was the only person there to rent a vehicle. My bill was supposed to be 350 dollars for a week including 750 miles. I had the vehicle 6 days and 515 miles. I declined the insurance. I get my final bill by email for 552. and change! I am appalled at the transparency of this location period! I demand my bill be adjusted and charged what my what I was promised period! At this point I would never rent uhaul again
I waited for over an hour for my uhaul because the "systems were down." They explained that the systems would be back up in max 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting another hour beyond that. This is completely unacceptable and I am very displeased with my uhaul experience.
