Easy online return
Kevin DEverything was great with the exception of the Uhaul app when I returned the trailer. It wanted pictures to prove cleanliness, however, no matter how many pictures I took, the app wouldn't record them even after I ok'd them. I have to contact the owner of the place I rented to have her check the trailer in, even though she was closed when I returned it.
Todd PMy sister and I are travel nurses and were a long way from home when my water pump went out on my car. This location made getting a U-Haul and towing my car home, easier than I imagined. They were super friend and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Orangeburg area that’s in need to rent from U-Haul. Thanks again!

Kenneth PThe customer service was great! Unfortunately, there was not a truck available near me in Orangeburg, so they set me up with one in Santee. I was not happy with that, however, they set me up with a location that was 11 miles away and it was closer than Santee. I got a larger truck for the same price plus free storage! Thanks U-HAUL! My GO TO for moving and storage needs!

joe fThis location was quite accommodating, even after hours. I had reserved a truck to be picked up at a more convenient location for me, and when I arrived at my scheduled time, the place was abandoned. Customer service arranged the Cameron location pickup and they saved the day!

This location is about 10 miles more driving distance for me and my total miles allowed was not adjusted to reflect that changes. U-haul should adjust the miles allowed for customer if the pick up location will add more miles to the customer.
