RANDALL BROWNYou changed our “guaranteed reservation” to a different town for pickup without consulting with us if that would be convenient (it wasn’t but when I called I was given a call back an hour later and then passed around from person to person with no resolution to the issue...I requested a call back from someone with authority...I was told that would occur shortly...that was 4 days ago...have picked up and returned truck with no one addressing the issue)

Mickey RyanTruck was only filled up 3/4, and I was penelized when returning the truck not full. I had to buy an extender for my tow dolley because they did not provide the correct equipment to hook up the trailer lights.

POLLY SHARPDon't represent that the insurance will be $14 then turn it into 3x that amount. That was disappointing. Especially after you said my insurance wouldn't cover it??
Bob BruffThe location was okay. The truck was clean, but the lock box lock was stuck!! It took over 30 minutes to get it unlocked and then I had to rush to get things moved because no one could extend our time an additional 30 minutes. Was disappointed by that very much! I was also on hold the whole time trying to get it unlocked so wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I tried live chatting and I was told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay more, even though it wasn’t our fault.
Frank DieboldEmployee did not explain drop-off procedure. We were told we could drop off rental truck at ANY location, but found out we had to drop-off at a location 15 miles from the house. It wasted at least two hours of our time, including over 30 minutes on the phone with U-haul changing drop-off locations.
