Hmm, I didn't move out. Honestly I never was able to move anything in due to the fact I haven't had a day off, since getting a storage unit from you.

I think I caught them on their lunch break so I understand. No one got up from the table or told me where to drop the trailer. I have no experience backing a trailer up so it took some time. I also have a brace on my arm which made it difficult to unhitch. Im sure many females have experience with this sort of thing but I am not one of them.

back in summer ... the ac didn't ... wasn't cooling ... landmark .. was let know ... this time i couldn't .. believe the heator didn't blow ..warm air . ????? i was COLD... landmark was made ..known ......... thank you ..Bill

Excellent customer service with the employees here, I loved dealing with the people in this location. The only issue I had was with your Uhaul web-site it's self, I was not able to do the check in pirocedures and at turn in.. I was able to access the web site, but it would not allow me to take photos, I got there before the business opened and due to the issues I just left the key in the box.

This was not the original location had to call the customer service line because they sent us to a location that was shit down. They rescheduled us to this location and told us it was open and it wasn't. We were also unaware of the drop off procedures when the facility was closed so it made it more difficult since we had to go back to the location and try to turn the truck in after we had already dropped the keys in the box. Very frustrating that U-Haul dosent have accurate information for the customers And sends them to locations that aren't even functioning anymore.

The service was excellent. No changes needed.

Not open during posted business hours. This place was garbage. I should get a discount cause i did their job for them.

This lady(owner)..was extremely courteous,helpful,FRIENDLY and professional!!!..FOR MY UHAUL RENTAL NEEDS I WILL BE DRIVING AN ADDITIONAL 10mins out the way simply to reassure I will hav proper care and advisement of what I would need!! I wholeheartedly recommend this PARTICULAR LOCATION!!

Let the customer have a choice in location where to drop off u-haul . I stop by this to be sure they could take 20' before dropping. Half mile from house.

I was charged $75 mire than my cousin that rented the same size Uhaul the very next day in the same town of Tyler, Texas. Which is why I didn't give an outstanding review.
