Great experience with the rental. The only nick I could give it, which is extremely minor, is that their computer connection was a bit slow. You could tell they were surprised about it, so it was probably an unexpected internet service glitch.RONALD O.

Overall, the truck was clean (sans the hundreds of insect remnants on the windshield from the previous rent). It would have been nice to do a walkthrough with the agent to review the truck and â€œrulesâ€. He left it running and just walked into the office while says â€œgood luckâ€.Teresa S.
The truck wasnt 3/8 full it was 1/4.... and now a days people are fighting for gasoline. Lol so i I couldn't find a place to fill up before i had to turn in the truck. So it cost me way more. And i respect your trucks. I clean them. I dont race people. Haha so it cost me an extra like 50 dollars.BLAKE M.

I rented 2 units for almost 2 years. I just turned in the last one and they kept the deposit saying it was dirty. When I left it it was empty and left clean. Steve said their was a padlock package left inside and a bunch of dirt. I asked why he didn't call and let me know and he said he couldn't do that it would take to much time to call. After not hearing anything I called them after 16 days went by. Really sad way to run a business and would not recommend them to anyone.PAUL F. | Overall Experience
I was charged for stuff I didn't ask for and paid over 200 bucks to rent a uhaul In town which should have only cost 39.99 each day plus I had put a deposit down. So on top of the deposit and insurance that was supposed to be 12.00 I paid another 185Tracy P.

The local agents were exceptional. Dealing with U Haul was a terrible nightmare from beginning to end! Made reservations a month in advance. Day before we were left scrambling. Customer service was terrible. Screwed by drop off reservations, had to pay for an extra day! Would look into Budget next time.Stewart W.

Not the location fault . It is U-Haul fault for giving us the run around when we could pick it up. I booked our reservation 2 weeks in advance. The they change the the location 1 day before. Then 18 before we pick up , we can't because someone needs for another day. We are moving across country, have move you. Had to change everything because of you. We will never us your company again!!!!!!!!!!!Angela F.

I would rent again if their get their return location worked out. Went to return truck at 5:15 and wasn't completed until 6 because their return location wasn't UHaul approved! ! Very frustrating, was on the phone with haul for quite awhile to get it figured out. Saturday afternoon I got a call from haul asking why I didn't return the truck and had to go through the whole thing again. I was beyond livid!!Jolene B.
I have been using U Haul and you can indicate by looking up my name and how many years I've used a U-Haul this is the first experience where I had the most shittiest the most grossest the most disgusting U Haul ever it smell like barf in freaking fish in the cab it was dirty it was so gross it was unbelievable but I had to take it because I had no choice I feel in my heart I should be Compensated for the disgusting experience I had never ever again will I ever use LNL whatever company that is in Hibbing Minnesota and I don't recommend that place to anybody and you as U-Haul you're really discombobulate compensated for the disgusting experience I had never ever again will I ever use LNL whatever company that is in Hibbing Minnesota and I don't recommend that place to anybody and you as U-Haul you really should do spit cos seriouslyGary P.

Daves Hyway Uhaul and Storage, Hibbing, MN, was where I initially booked the rental.... the place was a junk yard. The Trailer had bald tires. I had to drive 12 miles to L&L rentals to pick up at good Trailer.Richard L.

I booked a 24 hour pickup and there was a gate around the facility and no way to actually get the vehicle. I called U-Haul and they ended up sending me to another location. When I got there no one was there and there were vehicles available, but no keys for the vehicles for me to pick up. I called U-Haul back and after explaining what happened 3 times and over an hour on the phone I was told I should just go back in the morning to the first place to pick up my vehicle. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get my vehicle and never did get it until the next day. Very frustrating! I would not recommend renting from U-Haul to anyone unless it is their only option.Jed H.
