We returned the trucks late at night and on Sunday when they were closed but it was easy to access and park the trucks.

jammie B.The guy who handled my reservation had been "let go" so when I went to pick up my trailer the owners had difficulty completing the paperwork. They had to call someone else to finish the transaction over the phone. The man on the phone didn't ask me about a drop off location. When I was emailed the paperwork my drop off location was listed was 43.5 miles from my destination when there is a U-Haul rental business in the town where I was going. I had to call customer service to get that changed. Owners seemed clueless about the rental process.

Rachel M.I realize this is a franchise operation, and located in a small town, but I'm frankly concerned about the operators. They are clearly 70+ years old, and unable to handle the physical demands of the site (they directed us, while we handled disconnects, etc.). I don't wish to sabotage their operation, or put their livelihood at risk. But, I think they need some help.

DONALD L.The contract stated for me to call a certain number when I arrived. I called that number and it was for Louisiana and I was in Arkansas. They had to transfer me to another operator. I tried to do the drop off online but it would not let me go any farther than the second page. I had to call again for help. The location was not open even though the hours posted by UHaul said they were. There was a phone number on the door to call. The person answered the phone "HELLO." He was rude and not very helpful.
Paul P.This is not related to the drop off location, but to an issue with the app. When I was trying to use the app to return the trailer, it asked me to take a picture of the inside of the trailer to show it was clean. I took the picture, but when I tried to click next, it told me that I needed to take a picture. I could see the picture I took on the screen, but once I pressed the Next button, it would error out and tell me to take a picture again.

Kenneth F.This is too small a space to say everything I would like to say. Over the past couple of years, we have needed to rent trailers from Uhaul. We have never had a good experience. From being stranded on side of road for 14 hours with s flat, to not being able to get door open, and finally having to redo wiring on trailer before we could leave lot because it was on trailer that had tires that would make the trip. Thank goodness I won't have to deal with this company again.

They also said we could turn it in at any location but that was not so.Then then I guess we was supposed to have paperwork......well we had nothing .
