This is only the second time we have needed to use a rental truck and is the second time the pickup location was changed. Not a very good way to run a business. Won't recommend uhaul and wont use again.

This location was 40 minutes from my house and from the location that I had reserved the truck, which was 1 mile from me. The truck was also listed as having a half tank of gas but as I started down the road I noticed that it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. I turned the truck in with 1/2 tank of gas to keep from being charged but between that and having to travel 40 minutes to pick up the truck and then 40 mikes back has left a very bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul!!!

My overall online reservations with uhaul was terrible. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Flemingsburg KY at 8am but got a text at 1039 the night before changing my pickup location Maysville Ky an hour away at 1230. The truck was not returned on time and then the moved me to Tollesboro Ky at 330. And when I eventually got the truck I ended up moving until 230am that night. In a truck that had no entering lights working. The people I felt the pick up and receiving people were very helpful but moving my pickup location twice and changing my hours really messed things up. And then you all even charged me the extra mileage from a pick up that I didn't request. I will most likely go with Ryder from now on. If it wasn't for the person people at Maysville who helped me find a different truck this experience would have been much worse. You need to add the electronic reservations to this because that is your biggest area of improvement.

CLOSE THIS LOCATION !!!I had to help couple trailer.No jack. No universal fitting for lights and brakes. Never notified I had to supply my own adapter . So I had to drive WITHOUT ANY BRAKE OR TAIL LIGHTS from store to store looking to purchase one. What would have happened if a lady was sent to pick it up? She could NOT HAVE HITCHED OR UNHITCHED the trailer!!
