The orginal drop off location would not accept the trailer and I was lucky to find this one to take it back. Again UHaul corporate needs to update the online system to correct these incorrect locations. Same thing happened with the pick up location as it didn't exist and an alternate option had to be located the day before.Stanley S.

Called 3 times before a return phone call Never looked at truck just billed full amount when I turned truck back in a day early Then told u haul manager was not in that morning but would get a call still no call but they billed my card full amount only interested in money not customer serviceMark Z.

The gas mileage was not correct that was printed on the paper and that was inside of the U-Haul Gage it was less gas inside of the U-Haul truck then you all had printed on the paper the mileage that was on the odometer when I left was totally different than when I pulled up I did not use the U-Haul I only went 30 miles it showed I went 40 miles over I hope you all did not assume what I said that I would go which was 70 miles and put on that odometer more than what I went. I did not have to use the truck like I thought. I was not close to the mileage that I thought I was going to be. I hope that you all do not have the gas gauge setup or the odometer set up by assumption what someone would say and are not sure themselves how many miles they would be going.KENYA G.

When you pick up a vehicle for a day and return it the same time the next day, you should not be charged when you return it in 30 min early and the office is closed. We were early and was charged extra.JASON E.

While I was driving to return the trailer it disconnected from my truck . I pulled into a lot and the trailer slammed into the back of my truck. I walked to the drop off location to get someone to help me reconnect the unit. Apparently it was not hooked up properlyStephen A.

While the staff were polite and tried to be helpful the overall process of pickup and drop off collectively took right around 3 hours. It's utterly and completely ridiculous. We ended up missing our appointment with our leasing agent and being charge $50. Our moving help was so frustrated they left and we had to move by ourselves. Dropping off took just as long as picking up (approx 1.5 hrs). I'm not only dissatisfied by the amount of time, but that upon drop off there was an additional U-Haul employee called to the location and it still took another 45 minutes. Again, Frankie was very apologetic and the Uhaul was functionally fine, but it ended up costing me more than half the Uhaul in additional fees and losing our movers because of the delays!! I'm still livid and frankly would love to file a complaint about Uhaul's system because I'm out money and patience at this point.Candace M.
