Just didn’t like paying a bill which was in my name and DL, I have gone through this, with someone who used my name for sometime be for he was arrested. Our names and birthdays are the same. We had to fill bankruptcy because of this and when got home you where on the list because we couldn’t you take it off. We didn’t used a 26’ truck.

The guys at L& G auto were very helpful. Nick has always been great to work with, I've worked with this location more than once and if there were any issues, he and his staff handled it with great customer service. I had problems with check in and the Customer support center helped. Kudos to the Uhaul team and Thank you Nick at L & G auto.

Don't ask the customers to do your job for you. The lot/drop off location was very difficult to pull into, they had cars parked on both sides of the entrance making very difficult to pull a long ass box truck into. The employee didn't seem like an employee.

Renting was nice and easy, the staff was helpful, friendly, and was fast about getting us in contract done and out the door for our trip. I even had a problem with dropping the truck off, in another state. (my fault, not theirs.) And they worked with me on dropping it off a day late. Thank you!

Picking up and hooking up was quick and easy. We did encounter rain during our move and a little water got inside the trailer. Other than that all was well.

On line mobile pick up reservations didn't work. Reservations was not at all helpful. When I got to the pick up site, the combination I was emailed didn't work. My U haul store had a sign on it that said it was closed for the weekend I called the help number and initially was told that he (the president) couldn't help me, but then he called EVAN who drove over 50 miles to help me and get a truck for my move. EVAN was courteous, helpful, and made this horrible situation manageable. He deserves a medal. Thank you EVAN.

Overall good experience. Charges were less than anticipated because of less miles. Final bill was accurate. Rental was to start at 10AM however did not open till about 11AM. Attendant was late. Things happen so disappointing. Other than that service was good.

They were an hour and a half late to open their doors. They lost me and my wife that we needed to do other critical things on our moving day. We were moving across country and I had planned on getting our truck at certain time so that the people helping could be there so we could leave to be at our destination to make flights. It was a really bad experience and this location and franchise needs to be reviewed for such bad service. A couple weeks prior my brother had a similar experience but instead he was given a dirty truck that had a broken coolant system and screwed up his cross country move. They are sloppy

Be more attentive to proper hitch and electrical hook up equipment on tow vehicles

Horrible, rude service!!!! The guy running the place just took the key and went on his way. I had to reapproach him and ask him to do a proper checkout. I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t charged for gas or mileage overage after the fact. He acted put out - grabbed the keys and went to the vehicle. When I took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge he yelled - “I have other things to do” and started to leave. I asked him if he wanted the keys back and he grumbled turned around and grabbed them. Went to his vehicle and screeched off the property.

I reserved a 15 foot truck online and had my confirmation number. I printed it out and when I got to the location I was told he didn't have the truck. All he had was a 10 foot or 26 foot and the 26 foot had 2 people who wanted it that day and 1 person would be disappointed. I ended up taking the 10 ft. Unfortunately because the truck was smaller and I had to have it back by 4 pm we didn't get the move done and I ending up having to spend an extra day with a pickup truck and man power to finish. I was told that just because I reserved it online didn't mean I would get the truck I wanted it depended on what was available and first come first serve. This is a terrible way to do business. I would never run a business they way they run theirs. I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul. I was very upset and it made so I had to spend more money to finish the job. I would not recommend this location and I will never do business with them again. They should not be able to rent Uhaul. It doesn't do Uhaul any service to have them be a distributor I will not do business with.L &G Auto service.

This is a used car dealership. U-Haul is not a priority. Opening earlier than 10am would be a huge improvement.

I answered yes to clean and inviting, but it was definitely not inviting. If I didn't have the address I wouldn't have known it was a U-Haul facility. All you see when drive in are used cars. The gentleman that help me was polite and courteous.

The girl who received the truck tell this to move it twice didn't check it for receipt of the truck condition of the truck the dolly or the 24 pads that I returned. She was argumentative and downright hateful. Thank goodness I had two other adults with me who took pictures of everything we returned the condition of the truck and the mileage as well as the gas tank reading. We asked her to give the owner a note that we had returned it or give us a call which she refused to do.

I'm still waiting for my payment to be corrected. I drove the truck less than the 25 miles than I originally indicated I would drive it. When the truck was checked out to me the attendant, for some odd reason corrected, in pen, the accurate number of miles on my already printed paperwork. The truck had about 100 more miles than what was printed on the paperwork. I return the truck and a couple hours later I get the email with the final bill. My bill was very wrong. I've called and emailed the location and no one has responded. I've been robbed. Please help resolve this ASAP. Owen Orgill 913-229-2099
