Ebony TTruck had a bad starter neutral switch. It only became apparent when it was hot. I drove the truck most of the way home and stopped off to donate something at a local place. When I tried to restart the truck it would not start. I called roadside assistance and they were going to send somebody over but then the truck restarted after sitting there for about 20 minutes. I left the truck running when I got home and I took it right back to the rental facility. I advise you to get your maintenance on your trucks done.
Edward RBoth U-Haul agents were friendly and efficient! The truck was surprisingly easy to handle, did not match my fear of driving it! If the price was lower I would rent it more often. Your competition has your beat.

Codovan MThe trailer provided and hooked up by this location detached while I was on the highway endangering my life as well as others. It also damaged my hitch luckily I was still able to make it to my destination safely.
Lanisha KIt was a used car lot with a couple of uhaul vehicles there. No one was around at first, Finally a guy came out and pointed at where I should drop the trailer. No help was offered, no receipt, no inspection of the trailer. I unhooked it and wheeled it in to the place he told me to and took photo’s of the trailer to show it was in the same condition as when I picked it up in Brooklyn. The drop location was a lot farther from my house than I really wanted to go and there are several uhaul locations closer to me. Over all my experience was great, except for the drop off location.
