All was good but the app did not let me finish the returning process, i was taking pictures of the truck when it clossed and submitted without pictures, the truck is clean and no scratch was done

Kendrell HThey were very friendly and helpful. Also it was very clear that they cared about their trucks, equipment, and cleanliness, which I appreciated. It didn’t feel like an in and out money shop. My husband and I were taken care of, and made to feel important. During the check out process she walked through it and we viewed the truck (inside and out), mileage, and gas together. The contract and what was expected of me was clearly expressed and the questions and concerns I had were heard and addressed. We were met at the time of check in with a smile and helpfulness. We would recommend over some of the other local shops if you appreciate a more personal experience.

Callie CHonest Review April 2023 - This location is a hidden gem in Jacksonville, AL. The owner James and his wife were very nice and professional. The know the software and booking process which is so important these days as my time was not wasted at all! I think I was in and out within 5 mins. They even confirmed directions to my destination! Definitely plan to utilize their services again in the fall! 5 stars!!

Elizabeth GWhen I got there, the place was so bad muddy, I told the gentleman that was there that I thought I was gonna get stuck but he insisted on me pulling down there anyway, I went down there my U Haul got stuck. He was helpful by trying to get it unstuck but could not he called his general manager he was a total butt head and insisted that we have to get a wrecker to pull it out. It was all left on us to do. Instead of being sympathetic with us he could care less I ended up having to get a family member to come over and lend me their truck and I had to take loads of my stuff off the truck I had to make about 15 trips to be able to get everything. Because what I was gonna do was unload my auto transport at my house with my vehicle then take the auto transport to them and drop it off and then I was going to take the U-Haul to my actual storage unit and unload it but when I went to take the auto transport back is when I got stuck. So it was such bad weather every day when I went to unload the U-Haul truck to put over in my dad‘s pick up truck it would start raining. It rained for three or four days straight so it took me that long to be able to unload the U-Haul truck completely. And although the truck was on there lot they still said that they could not check it in until it was completely unloaded so therefore it made me late. To be able to even check it in. The worst experience ever and I will never use U Haul again. The people there at the drop off was extremely nice and understanding and tried to work with us the best they could. but there area manager was a total horses ass.

Bryant GLocation was very hard to find at night and looked like it was a personal home. Was not sure where to leave truck so ended up parking it anywhere space was available and it was tight. Was very unhappy with the overall truck rental. The vehicle was much rougher and in worse shape then the Budget truck we had used last year for the same trip.
