Tonya ClarkOwner was nice sister was helping and appeared to be burnt out after she made the error. We asked for a 15ft she rented us a 10ft and didn’t teen us until we were walking out to get the truck. Contract signed etc. then there was no 15ft and we had to wait for someone else to bring truck back. Soo much more…just not a good experience. We were there about 2 hours just to get a truck

Carrie HilliardDeffinitly check the equipment you rent is all functioning. They dont help hook up or check equipment. I had issues with a trailer marker lights not working once it got dark. I had to replace myself the front wire connector in order for the marker lights to work.

MARTINEES BARBERFront end alignment. The tires were so far out of alignment that the cords were exposed on the left front tire, and the right front tire had scalloped wear. The front vibrated so much at highway speed that I could not keep up with traffic.

paul turnerWhen, reaching the truck, we discovered that the gas mileage wasn't the same as he contract indicated. So we placed gas in the vehicle after 7 miles. I was totally shock by the incorrect about of mileage per gallon which is about 8 miles a gallon. So we had a little over a gallon of gas in the vehicle. Also, when we could not get the tailgate back in place. It was the black man that came out to fix the problem. I can only say that this man who worked on Sunday around 9 am to 3:pm etc. was professional and that along would make me consider telling my 10, 000 followers on Instagram to check out the 9701 Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC.

The trailer worked perfectly for our needs on return trip from Disney World. Smooth ride down 95 - overall great choice.

Perry CarrI reserved my truck well in advance. They said that they couldn't guarantee which location I would be picking it up until the day before. We have several locations in Greenville,NC so that did not seem like an issue. However, the day before I found out that the pick up location was in another town. I never dreamed that would be the case.....I had to use the 1-800 number to inquire about this situation.,,,so time consuming on a day that I did not have time to waste....finally talked to a very rude manager that informed me I was lucky to get a u-haul at all. She mentioned the fact that ECU had just finished classes and that there was a shortage due to students moving. I had a reservation and when I made it no one said a word about that...I happen to know that my truck date did not conflict with the ECU move out. All and all I will never choose u-haul again.

Wayne Hamiltonthe pick up location was fine. it was the experiance with the actual UHAUL rep that I spoke with on the phone that I did not care for. she acted like she had an attitude she spoke way to fast I couldn't even get her name. We had to change my location pick up 3 different times and said the reason was because of the storm damage Hurricane Florence. I'm sorry but I am 200 miles away from where the storm. i made reservation a week in advance and got a call 2 days prior stating my size truck was not available so I went to a smaller truck then i had to change pick up location. the day before i was to pick it up (less that 24 hours) I get another call that I can not pick it up till 4 hours after my requested time which would not work for me so I changed locations again. this was not a very pleasant experiance with UHAUL.
