Trucks need to be inspected after they are dropped off. The truck I used has food, cigarette butts, and water inside. It also had enough fuel to get to a gas station, and that was it. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The owner was apologetic about the state of the truck. I think when trucks are in that bad of a state, it would be the location manager's responsibility to not allow the vehicle to be rented until it is properly cleaned. I imagine if I was asthmatic and had respiratory issues, and the horrible comdition of the vehicle brought on an asthma attack, Uhaul would be in trouble.

Used remote pick up and I'm not a fan. I couldn't get the lock open to access the truck key. I ended up needing to call customer service and they sent someone out to open the key box. With all the technology available today it seems like a better option should be available. The trucks are so close together I had a terrible time getting out of the parking area. Actually had to drive over one of the cement stops. Truck was nice, new and clean. The location is easy to find and centrally situated. I will use again when needed.

I don't like the fact that I got charged another $85 for whatever reason after I dropped the truck off gassed up and cleaned out so not very happy about that experience.

Do not recommend! My credit card was overcharged for an extra day rental and insurance costs. When I called, since my email was ignored, a man answered who didn't seem to know what he was doing. Told me to call a 913 number for customer service. No one answered that number, and a generic voice mail message came on. Not professional at all!

The store didn't open until 10am but I needed the truck earlier than that. I cannot recall her name , but the manager met me in the parking lot and had my truck rental ready and waiting on me. It even had the extras I requested in my online reservation already in the truck. The process was so smooth and easy. She was sweet and very accommodating to my requests. I definitely recommend this location.

The office sponsoring the UHaul service was late opening, which put my move behind a full hour (as well as the people in line ahead of me). I had to pay the movers for an extra hour as a result. The truck was older and was not well-maintained. The weather stripping on the driver's side door was so worn and had no adhesive left, to the point that it almost fell off completely every time the door was opened. I have had much better service and used better vehicles from UHaul previously, and was very disappointed. I would not recommend this location or the vehicles to anyoneâ€"look elsewhere.

Had a 10am appointment to pick up vehicle, employee pulled up at 10:11, didn't realize they had a pickup first thing in the morning. If you open at 10 shouldn't they be there before they open for the day, not 10+ minutes late, pickup or not?

Consider upgrading the website for check in or have in person. It took us way to long to access the key and when we called for assistance no one answered, on a 100 degree day. We had a reservation for 2 hours and had to go over because it took us a long time to get the key. For a company that is getting paid, at least have support available. Please do better.

Very sketchy. Were afraid to give our credit card to these people. We locked our credit after we left there. They were not available as scheduled for pickup,, so we were delayed. Nor were they able to give us any information. All they wanted was our payment and us out the door.
