I was not told at checkout what time they closed and how I would need to turn in the truck since the office would be closed. I wasn't told I needed to download an app to turn in the rental. I wasn't told I needed to use a contract number that was emailed to me in order to check out. So it made the turn in process long and difficult when if I had know from the beginning what I needed to do, it wouldn't have been a long process. The attendant was very nice but just needs to inform customers of the after hours process. Other than that, it was OK. Thanks

I was not aware that there was no one to assist with obtaining the truck. We had to call and be transferred to someone, then use another cell phone to get help online. The internet reception is also bad in that area!

I highly recommend the U-Haul Elm Grove Rowlett location. Brandon offered service above and beyond our expectations. He knew we were coming, had the vehicle on and ready in hot Texas weather and greeted us with a smile. Honestly, best u-haul service I have ever received. I will use this location again. Thank you!

It was way out of the way. There were no workers on site and it was 4pm. We also have a picture from the manager of our fuel tank that we filled 4 miles from this location that shows we returned the truck with the fuel we left with. The manager continued to argue with my husband over the phone and charged us an extra $22 for fuel when the picture he sent us clearly showed a little past half full of fuel. Ridiculous. We will never use this location or refer our friends or family.

The gentleman who ran the place texted me early to let me know everything was ready. When I got there, he had a cold bottle of water and a koozie waiting for me. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. I was completely impressed with the service provided by this location.

Brandon was especially friendly and showed excellent customer service. He sent me a text 30 minutes or so before my booked appointment saying that my Uhaul was clean, warmed it (it was quite a cold day), and ready for me, and it was. It was easy to rent at Lakeside Storage, and it was easy to reach him by phone when I called. He even opened the door for my wife when we got back to the rental facility. Brandon always seemed ready and willing to go above and beyond to help us.

Top notch service!!! Had a need at last minute to rent a truck and Brandon the manager took my call, had truck ready right when I arrived. Even took a few minutes to clean the windshield off even though the uvula in my opinion was extremely clean. Always great to see employees take such pride in their work and customer service. If anyone was wondering who the best, most accommodative and kind-hearted manager in town....it's Brandon here at Lakeside storage. His facility is clean, he responds to texts all the time, even after hours, and works to make sure you're satisfied.
