The man had no customer service skills at all. When I asked him where was the form for signing off on the scratches and dents he just looked at me and told me that nothing else came out of the printer. Next he handed me the key and told me to go out to the truck and check the gas! Then he had me sign a paper that said i had received all of the other paper work when I had not.

Owner was not friendly, didn't help at all, didn't communicate....just worked on the computer. Had me go out and get mileage and gas by taking a pictured. Had me.undo car dolley (I am 5' 3" and 100 lbs and when I called to ask for help he said maybe). Then had me go out and lock the cab.

Tell people that you have to bring stuff back that day to get deposit back but you guys say 24 hours.24 hours means next day

A different location yes example Shane sheriff's location I will recommend but your lake side store was very rude to me

I will NEVER again use Uhaul and I will tell everyone I know not to use Uhaul! This was one of the most horrible experiences with a business I have ever had! To begin with, we went to one location and they did not have a truck so they reserved a truck at another location. When we went to that location, the person who was supposed to return it decided she wanted to extend her rental. So we had to go to another location. We had to wait over one hour for the business to write up the contract because he did not know what he was doing. Then, we later found out that he had written us up as an in-town delivery when we were doing a one-way delivery. Why is it the customer's responsibility to know the correct terminology? I should think it is Uhaul's responsibibility to advise the customer for the best and correct way to rent their trucks. The truck was fine. We went to return the truck and the business we were supposed to return it to had gone out of business so we had to drive 22 extra miles to return it. The person who helped us at that location was wonderful. She told us about the error and how it was going to cost us twice the amount. She called Uhaul for us to help us correct the problem. She was cut off FOUR times and each time we had to wait and wait and wait. We had to argue with every person at Uhaul that we talked to. It took us over TWO HOURS to rectify the problem. This is utterly ridiculous!!! No one should have this much trouble with a company. Obviously, many of the Uhaul employees are not properly trained and customer service is horrible!
